To Kill a Thel Ereth Ril: Summation of Nightmares

This is a shared task (1-6 players) whose purpose is to progress its grand task "To Kill a Thel Ereth Ril" (given by Alchemist Vaskerin).
It begins with Infiltrator Tesara in the zone-in area of the Sepulcher of Order (found off to the side in a corner near the entrance doors to the main part of the zone -- location -185, 70, 0). In order to request it, you must first have completed the task "Dismantling the Order". You say, 'Hail, Infiltrator Tesara' Infiltrator Tesara says 'You have spoken to Alchemist Vaskerin? You know of the Alsa Thel? Good. I have discovered many ways to [disrupt] the plans of the Order within this sepulcher, while at the same time obtaining samples of thel that Vaskerin can use to construct weapons.' You say, 'How do we disrupt them?' Infiltrator Tesara says 'The Triumvirate draws followers from across the land. With the powers of each god and the worship of their followers, the Alsa Ril will rise and claim ownership of this world. Even now they strengthen the powers of the gods with their blood, and they breed armies to spread out over the land. But we can stop this. Will you undertake a [task]?' You say, 'I'll undertake a task!' Infiltrator Tesara says 'Good. Here is something you can do to disrupt the Triumvirate's plans.' A task window pops up and offers a random one of 24 different tasks. You have been assigned the task 'Summation of Nightmares'. Infiltrator Tesara has asked you to disrupt the Triumvirate's plans. Find the entrance to the Temple of Decay in the southwest side of Sepulcher. Weaken a skeleton creature and a soul creature together nearby. They will fuse into a revolting nightmare, which then must be destroyed. Create Revolving Nightmares by simultaneously weakening two denizens of decay, then kill the revoting nightmare 0/2 (Sepulcher of Order) Travel to the far southwestern part of the zone (southwestern-most entrance to Sepulcher West). DPS a skeleton and a soul creature each to 27% health (both must be 27% health or lower) to make them change into a revolting nightmare. Kill 2x "a revolving nightmare". Report back to Infiltrator Tesara 0/1 (Sepulcher of Order) You say, 'Hail, Infiltrator Tesara' You have caused further chaos to the plans of the Triumvirate. soul creature = "a lost soul", not the beetle/larva looking seeker mobs. when i got there there were no soul mobs up which is why I was confused. on 2nd or 3rd cycle some spawned. weaken a lost soul on top of a weakened skeleton or bone mass to spawn a nightmare.
Our group ran dozens of missions and recorded the the number of Alsa Thel Droplets each provided. Every time we ran this quest everyone in the group received exactly: 10.
Also we were able to spawn each 'a revolting nightmare' by getting the pair of trash down to 27% hp.

Not just skeletons, the bone golem/mass work as well.
