He wanders back and forth at the entrance.

If you stand next to him long enough, you will hear him say

Guard Weleth says 'Argh. Not again. This whole crate needs to be returned!'

Guard Weleth says 'Hail, ______. My name is Weleth Nagoh. In addition to my patrol, I am in charge of keeping the guardhouse stocked with supplies. I must get back to my duties. Farewell.'

You say, 'what supplies?'
Guard Weleth says 'I must keep the guardhouses here stocked with arrows, rations and water. That reminds me.. I still have to return that blasted crate.'

You say, 'what crate?'
Guard Weleth says 'Oh, we just received a shipment of arrows from [Nesiff] in South Qeynos. The arrows in this box are missing their fletchings and I can't leave my patrol to take them back.'

You say, 'what duties'
Guard Weleth says 'I must keep the guardhouses here stocked with arrows, rations and water. That reminds me.. I still have to return that blasted crate.'


You say, 'i will take the crate of arrows'
Guard Weleth says 'Oh, thank you! Here is the crate. Make sure [Nesiff] sends me back a new invoice. [Lieutenant Dagarok] would have my head if he found out this happened again!'

Nesiff Tallaherd says 'Oh dear. I hope my mistake will not bring too much grief down on poor Weleth. He was told not to order arrows from me after the last time I fouled up their shipment. But Weleth knew I needed the account to stay in business. Could you please rush this new invoice to him right away? Thank you.'

were is Nesiff at?

i took the crate and got the packing slip but cannot find Guard Weleth to return it to, where did he go I've had this stupid piece of paper for 3 days
