You need something better than indifferent faction to get the blanket from Chesgard.

I did this quest the other day and was looking for other NPCs in WK who can receive the blankets. The first I found was Minya Coldtoes, a merchant at the village just around the corner and north of the QH zone line. When I gave her the blankets, I got a totally different set of faction adjustments:

Merchants of Qeynos got better.
Circle Of Unseen Hands got worse.
Antonius Bayle got better.
Coalition of Tradefolk got better.
Guards of Qeynos got better.

Will try the quest a few more times and see if anyone else in WK comes up with different factions.

I gave my Temple blanket to Tukk at the Minda/Linaya Sowlin farm. I got the faction, experience, and a copper. Tukk mentioned "provisions for your journey" but I got only the one copper.

I only tried Minda (who did not respond to the second question) but there may be others to whom you can deliver blankets.

Could someone post Rongol's actual loc?
