Poison Master Tenk may be found at 46.49, 188.23, -29 in North Qeynos. You say, 'Hail, Poison Master Tenk' Poison Master Tenk looks you up and down as if assessing your worth. 'Hello there, Draaven. It's good that you have come to me today. I was just saying to myself, Self, I said, who is worthy of this [opportunity:What opportunity?] that I could offer? And now, here you are!' You say, 'What opportunity?' Poison Master Tenk nods. 'Yes, a most fantastic opportunity. I happen to have in my possession certain compounds. These compounds, when combined together, form [toxins:What toxins?] of various types. You might apply one of these toxic \s to a blade and if your hand happened to slip and the blade pierced the side of your enemy, why that enemy might begin to suffer in terrible agony. And that would be a terrible shame, wouldn't it?' You say, 'What toxins?' Poison Master Tenk laughs. 'You're interested? Of course you are! But I'm a businessman first and foremost. Travel to West Freeport and resolve a small misunderstanding between the Poison Master and one Louis Stull. It would be in your best interests to be hidden from view while undertaking this task as the Poison Master's informants report the Freeport Militia are on high alert.

I did not get all the rewards listed so be aware it may be something in that list and not the whole list. I received 20 Emulsifier and 20 Suspension Fluid.

I've done two of these quests now and both of them have suffered the same problem. You get a checkpoint and the next path does not show up. Makes it hard to know where to go. For anyone else trying to do this quest here are the locations:
I found I could get the path back if I walked away a bit, camped, logged back in and walked back to the point. If you camp at the location you get "Mysterious forces prevent you from finding your target" message right when you log in.
Start in front of City Hall West to tree 434, -1116, -111 South to wall 370, -1122, -111 East/NE infront of City Hall 395, -1178, -111 North to front door 446, -1194, -103 Inside and to the left 483, -1146, -96 North to ramp going up on left side 691, -1154, -90 Up the ramp 754, -1159, -71 East then north into archway 769, -1192, -67 West into door 771, -1164, -67 Louis is on balcony
