dont go looking for a person called the rat king his name is begger wyldin or something like that and he can be found on location 16 of the eqatlas.com map it took me a couple hours before he actually spawned because at first i didnt know where he is but he pops up right there against the wall and at low health he runs so dont lose him

I found him yesterday at loc 16 on EqAtlas map. I was level 5 Rogue and his rats just ignored me. It has been said many tmes above but people keep missing it.....he appears as a Beggar! Don't go looking for a character called 'Rat King'

Wolten Grafe is found inside the Knights of Thunder guild which is located...hmmm... outside the Arena there is an open area with some merchants. Near there is the opening in the wall that leads to Fishs Ale and Volleens. Go through that opening and continue straight and follow the path around instead of turning right like you would to get to Fishs/Volleens. This puts you inside the Knights of Thunder guild. Wolten Grafe stands in an open area near the guild leader. He also walks to the merchant area outside the arena and back once in a while.

Begger willin cons aminable to all my Good/Neural characters. However he cons SCOWLS to all my Evil char.

ummm....what race/religion were the evil characters? Just because you have a dark character doesn't mean he wiil automatically get along with all the dark NPCs in the game. The same for lights and neutrals. The only way you know who you will or won't get along with is by conning. Sometimes the results are surprising, so ALWAYS con everything from a safe distance before you approach it.
If you were me and I were you, would we still be friends?

This used to be broken because I remember a few months back that his head never dropped. He only dropped some type of minor item.
Now he drops the "Human Head". He is in the Qeynos Catacombs and his name is Beggar Willyn. Follow the directions of the quest and you will receive faction, and an item. The item is usually some patchwork armor. He and his placeholder rat spawn fairly fast (approx 15 minutes). I recommend it if you want some easy patchwork arms, chest and legs. I did it last night at least 5 times. He is also worth killing while waiting for the thugs to spawn in the catacombs.

Anyone know spawn time or if the head is lore? I need to raise some faction with bloodsabres without losing guards and this one appears to do just that.

No clue what the spawn time is, but where is it that he spawns? Locaction 7 from the EqAtlas / Allakhazam's map? I'm also needing Blood Sabers faction, but without sacrificing guard faction.
I found him last night at location 16 on the EQ Atlas Map.

Man!!! This quest as been in there since the launch of Eq!! And finally beggar wyllin does something! before he didnt use to drop anything. Been on this quest well 2 years now =P
