|This is the third event in the Convorteum raid expedition.
You'll want to set up camp down the stairs from the event room and clear the entire area of trash mobs (the Unstable Creation isn't active yet, so you can pull around it).
- Activate the event by standing within melee range of the Unstable Creation.
- Keep the ore carriers rooted, snared, and/or mezzed away from the resource pools.
- Fight off the resource guardians.
- After 10 minutes, the Unstable Creation goes live.
- Kill the Unstable Creation while killing off its numerous adds.
Triggering the Event
Several people need to stand on the Unstable Creation to start the event. You'll have to stand there for a minute or two before it starts.
You'll see this unfold (NOTE: mobs start spawning after the first emote here):
An overseer shouts, 'They've gotten through the guards! We need to activate the creature!'
An overseer shouts, 'It's not moving! What happened?'
a resource guardian says 'The Master's creations must be preserved!'
A technician shouts, 'It needs time to power up! It's low on resources!'
An overseer shouts, 'Carriers! Return your resources to the pools at once! Guardians! Protect the resources!'
An overseer shouts, 'Overload the vats if you have to, but get those resources back to the creature NOW!'
An overseer shouts, '...And double-check your destination! Anyone who cancels out a reaction answers to me!'
A technician shouts, 'If we overload a resource we're going to weaken the creature! It'll be locked in to using that power!'
An overseer shouts, 'If it activates faster it's worth the risk! We need it moving now!'
The First 10 Minutes
After the event starts, dwarves called "an ore carrier" begin spawning at both doorways leading out of the room. You'll have a lot of these mobs to contain. The achievement (for bonus loot) requires that you prevent any of the resource pools from exploding. The carriers are trying to overload these pools. If they're successful, the Unstable Creation will go active and you'll lose the achievement (along with the bonus chest).
The ore carriers are susceptible to root, stun, and snare (but not mez). They can also be killed.
NOTE: If you don't care about the achievement bonus, you can let the dwarves overload the pools or do it yourself by using the ground spawns in and around the pools. Overloading the pools also makes the Unstable Creation fight a little easier (it will have less AEs).

Certain items will shrink certain pools; certain items will overload pools (which contributes to the explosions).
An AE goes off when a pool explodes. These are known AEs that can result here:

The Unstable Creation will go live 10 minutes after you start the event, or after a few resource pools have exploded (whichever happens first).
Also during this opening phase every 45 seconds, apexus mobs called "a resource guardian" spawn and attack the raid. They hit for a max ~16,000 and are stunnable (immune to mez).
After 9 minutes, you'll see:
A technician shouts, 'One more minute and the creature will activate!'
After 10 minutes, the Unstable Creation goes live.

A technician shouts, 'It made it! Rise! Kill!'
An overseer shouts, 'I give the orders here, and I say... Kill!'
The Unstable Creation hits for a max ~20,000; single-target rampages; and AE rampages. It's permanently rooted. Depending on how many resource pools exploded, it will have some AEs.

A lot of adds spawn in this event. You'll be dealing with them constantly.
Unstable Fragments spawn in sets of 2-4. They hit for a max ~8,500, are stunnable, and are mezzable. They proc "Crystal Caltrops":

Rarely, a large number of sporali called "a sporeling" will spawn. These have very few hitpoints, but should be killed quickly as there are around 20 of them per wave.
Unstable Creation's Death & Loot
Unstable Creation has been slain by _____!
Unstable Creation's corpse develops dozens of cracks and fissures as it slowly falls apart.
After the Unstable Creation's death, a chest called "a resource laden chest" spawns upon completion of this event.

Achievement & Bonus Loot
There are four achievements for this event:
- Resistance (allow no more than three resource pools to explode)
- Suppression (allow no more than two resource pools to explode)
- Crowd Control (allow no more than one resource pool to explode)
- Lockdown (don't allow any resource pools to explode)
The first time you complete the achievements for this event, you receive 5 AAs as a reward.
If you complete the event under the conditions of all its associated achievements, an additional chest ("a heavy chest") spawns.
