Bat Fur

There are several wandering NPCs that belong to the Order of Three that roam around near the bank and docks. They will aggro and kill anyone that they frown on. The Order of Three is also mentioned by the enchanter epic NPC in the Bertox temple in the underground, although she is on Bloodsaber faction. The crate delivery is far better at raising faction.

The factions are oddly opposing, my only conclusion is that as faction is raised with guards (both good and corrupt) that the Order of Three npcs are less likely to attack.
