This solo task is the third of three tasks (plus a group mission) that begin with Gotonur, a telmiran in Brell's Temple (location: 655, -10, 21 -- in the large room north of the zone-in; same room as Brell Serilis).
Be on the lookout for wandering see-invis KOS mobs while speaking with Gotonur. You say, 'Hail, Gotonur' Gotonur says 'You have mastered the manipulation of both the physical and magical, and now it is time to put these two together and add the final ingredient of life. I warn you that continuing on from here is dangerous and only those who are are serious should attempt this [final] test.' You say, 'What is the final test?' Gotonur says 'The process of adding life involves imbuing an incorporeal soul with a physical body. This requires a portion of your own life essence. Doing this takes absolute concentration and if failed will result in a twisted homunculus that is doomed to walk this plane for eternity. Knowing this do you still [desire] this task?' You say, 'I desire it.' You have been assigned the task 'Give my creation. . . Life!'. Gotonur says 'If you are ready then please proceed to find the components needed. Return to me with your results. We are counting on you.' Retrieve a Shard of Coherence from a coherent growth in Fungal Forest 0/1 (The Fungal Forest) Collect 10 Spirit Orbs from genati in the Underquarry 0/10 (The Underquarry) Note: These items are NOT pre-lootable. Create a golem, activate it, and destroy it 0/1 (Brell's Temple) After collecting the above 11 items, go to the northernmost room in Brell's Temple (in which you'll find a statue of Brell Serilis). Right-click the shard to create an Inactive Homunculus. Right-click this item to spawn a Twisted Homunculus. It hits for a max ~9,500. Killing this updates this step. Report to Gotonur 0/1 (Brell's Temple) You say, 'Hail, Gotonur' Gotonur says 'I can see that you failed at your task which is what I was expecting. You see only a god can truly take that final step of adding life to a body. The last test was merely to see how willing you were to find out the truth. You passed my friend and now you are ready to enter the Vault of Stone. Hail me again when you have gathered some friends and are ready to take on this dangerous mission.' (If you happen to be in a group at the time you do the final hail, you are automatically assigned the "Fire in the Hole" group mission as well.) How do you spawn the Coherent Growth?
None of the items is pre-lootable.
But the pop and the kill are for all group, if everyone already at the right stage (3rd step) ; no clue if everyone needs to create the statue, anyway as you must have components don't bother and craft it.

was clearing for task(red circle area w gigyns) its one of the flying models npc)and it spawned casts Poison the well (taps u for 26k hp and 15k mana) as of this post have not killed it but will try again and again and well u get the picture

I set up in the Deagus area and pulled all the oozes I could. The only argo mob in that area was a Recluse (spider) so it was just a matter of killing over and over till spawned. Lucky for me got the drop first Cohernt spawn.
Getting the a coherent growth to pop seems the only hard part in this. It does not drop the quest piece every time. PH for a coherent growth seems to be the ooze type mobs. At least a motile earth is what repopped when I killed the only one I have seen.
