This solo task begins with Clontik Beardburner who is located in the zone-in area of the Underquarry (location -15, 150, -193).
In order to request this task, you must first have completed two of Clontik's other solo tasks: "Chaos in the Stonequarry" and "Unrest in the Metal Mines". You say, 'Hail, Clontik Beardburner' Clontik Beardburner says 'Much to do. Much to do. Your help would genuinely be appreciated. I will need help with restoring order in the [Stonequarry] as well as in the [Metal Mines]. When you have completed these tasks I have [other work] I need completed.' You say, 'Other work?' Clontik Beardburner says 'There are some follow-up tasks to be performed now that I have been getting feedback from the rest of the Underquarry. My plan for restoring order has [failed]. The Underquarry is producing quantities of stone and metal that just aren't needed, and we will have to find a [solution] somehow.' You say, 'Failed?' Clontik Beardburner says 'Yes, the elimination of the corrupted managers and workers in the Underquarry has done nothing to restore harmony with Brell's vision among the workforce. We must dig [deeper] if I am to know what to do.' You say, 'Deeper?' You have been assigned the task 'An Alternative Explanation'. Look for Reggund Tilecracker in the northern stonequarry room, deep in the Underquarry 0/1 (The Underquarry) This step updates at -31, -66, -363 (In the large quarry room -- entered through a tunnel leading out of the genari/Goralf room with the pit. He is in the northern part of this room.) Reggund Tilecracker supposedly has a different approach to the situation in the Underquarry 0/1 (The Underquarry) There are many see invis genati around here. Hail Reggund for the update (+417, +40, -334). You say, 'Hail, Reggund Tilecracker' Reggund Tilecracker says 'Ahh. Clontik finally seeks out my assistance, when all else fails. Killing won't suffice to put the Underquarry back on track, my friend. Not now. Perhaps you'd like the key to resolving this breakdown of order?' Hear more of Reggund's ideas 0/1 (The Underquarry) You say, 'Hail, Reggund Tilecracker' Reggund Tilecracker says 'The creatures here in the Underquarry aren't concerned with their work any longer. They still do their work, but at their own pace and on their own schedule, which no doubt infuriates Clontik to no end. For thousands of years he has been set by Brell to manage the Underquarry and never had a problem until now. Further, this problem cannot be solved the way he is now going about it. For him to understand how to get what he wants, he will need to understand what now motivates his workers. To do that, you will have to help him acquire copies of their recent communications.' Memorize the details of Reggund's plan for the Clontik's benefit 0/1 (The Underquarry) You say, 'Hail, Reggund Tilecracker' Reggund Tilecracker says 'Unfortunately, though we all abhor killing in the Underfoot, the creatures here guard their possessions most jealously. You will no doubt have to slay the creatures to get their secret communications. Every group of creatures I've mentioned has a unique method of relaying information. The burynai plotters use a drumlike cylinder called an Archtone Wheelstick; the cliknar sergeants receive Command-Flavor Hivejelly which tells them what is expected of them; and the Iron Golems have been seen accepting some sort of golden crystals from the golden golems of late. Bring one of each of these items to Clontik, those may give him a better idea of how to solve his dilemma.' This opens up the next three steps: A Golemite Sagecrystal of Emergent Awareness may be of use to Clontik 0/1 (The Underquarry) Go and find a vial of Cliknar command jelly... The Cliknar commander might be an obvious source 0/1 (The Underquarry) Collect several Archtone wheelstick message devices from the Burynai 0/1 (The Underquarry) A Golemite Sagecrystal of Emergent Awareness is dropped by an iron golem (usually only found deep in the southern tunnels, located around /way -482, -410, -607 and /way -526, -387, -589). The Vial of Protaurian Command-Flavor Hivejelly is dropped by a cliknar sergeant (found among the cliknar in the east tunnels). The Archtone Wheelstick is dropped by burynai plotters and mineblades. These three items have been reported to be pre-lootable (hand to any NPC and hit cancel). Deliver the Golemite Sagecrystal of Emergent Awareness to Clontik 0/1 (The Underquarry) Deliver the vial of Cliknar command jelly to Clontik 0/1 (The Underquarry) Deliver the Archtone wheelstick message device to Clontik 0/1 (The Underquarry) Speak with Clontik Beardburner 0/1 (The Underquarry) You say, 'Hail, Clontik Beardburner' Clontik Beardburner shakes his head. "So it's more than just obstinacy and unwillingness to follow my orders in Brell's absence. Examining the information these items contain, it's clear that these creatures have all been convinced that their lives have special meaning, that their purpose requires their own input and acquiescence. Individuality has been given to them. Once given, it cannot be taken away. I fear the Underquarry may have been changed forever; Brell may never get it back the way it once was." the only mob that drops the cliknar jelly is the A cliknar sergent
and the golemite is dropped from iron golems only as far as i have seen.
there is one spot in the zone where a cliknar sergeant spawns every 10 mins after he is killed i will get loc tomorrow with my rog for everyone

Comfirmed-- Had jelly and Golemite shard on me and i was able to turn in.
Keep this in mind when doing the progression and doing the task before this one to kill the "leaders" more then likely you will get them to drop.

Are these items pre-lootable?
Yes, if you pre-looted you can update the collect steps in this task by handing one of the items to any NPC and then hit cancel. Doesn't work for every task but it works for this one.
Step 1: Look for Reggund Tilecracker in the northern stone quarry room, deep in the Underquarry. /loc neg 31, neg66, neg363 updates.
