Halloween: Missing Costume Pieces

This is a shared task that was introduced in October 2005 and is available every year around Halloween. It scales according to your group's average level.
It's one of five tasks required to receive a Bone Mask of Horror (illusion click item). It begins with a dressed-up halfling in Kithicor Forest (location 1090, -570 against a log a little west of the Commonlands zone). You say, 'Hail, a Dressed-Up halfling' a Dressed-Up halfling says 'Oh no! I can't find the rest of my costume and I'm running late to our costume gathering. It was here just a little while ago and I can't seem to find it. Can you [help me find] it?' You say, 'I'll help you find it' a Dressed-Up halfling says 'You would help me? That is wonderful, I could use all the help that I can get. I don't want to be late. If you're late you miss out on all the candy. The last thing I remember was setting my cape and my fangs down over here next to the other [costumed vampire]. I walked away for no longer than it takes me to eat a mouthful of pie and when I turned around it was gone.' You say, 'A costumed vampire?' a Dressed-Up halfling says 'I have never seen him before but he had a good costume. He almost looked like a real vampire. Would you be [willing to search] for him to see if he has it?' You say, 'I'm willing to search' a Dressed-Up halfling says 'Wonderful, I'll keep looking around here. Please hurry back if you find them.' You have been assigned the task 'Missing Costume Pieces'. You have come across a Halfling dressed up for a costume gathering. He is searching for the rest of his costume before he is late for the festivities and has asked you to help him find it. The last thing he remembers was another person dressed up as a vampire. Search for the vampire and locate the rest of his costume. NOTE: The steps detailed here are for the highest version of the task (involving the Plane of Hate). Depending on your level, you may have to find a vampire in a different zone. Over Level 60: Plane of Hate Level 60: ??? Level 50: Katta Castellum Level 40: ??? Level 30: Castle Mistmoore Search for the vamire that might have taken the cape and fangs for his costume 0/1 (Plane of Hate) This creature is the Bloody Vampire of the Plane of Hate (only spawns while Halloween events are active). He is 66th level and has ~12-15 bats with him, each of which hit for a max ~235. All of them (including the vampire) are mezzable. Recover the cloak from the vampire 0/1 (Plane of Hate) Recover the fangs from the vampire 0/1 (Plane of Hate) Loot the pieces of the costume and deliver the items to the halfling. Return the cloak to the Dressed Up Halfling in Kithicor 0/1 (Kithicor Forest) Return the fangs to the Dressed Up Halfling in Kithicor 0/1 (Kithicor Forest) Congratulations! You have found the rest of the costume and returned it. Here is a reward in appreciation for finding the rest of the costume! Reward: 1x "Bristlebane Ticket of Admission" for each person in the task (access to "Out With the Old") The other reward (one of two possible items, given to the person who does the hand-in) depends on your level. Got this today with 45 min. left on the timer http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=46169
I shrouded down to level 5. I got the quest for Castle Mistmoore. I unshrouded and soloed the Vampire and his batty minions. After turning in the fangs and cape, I received a Harrowing Black Silk Cape.

The first one is (Level 85 version of task.... applicabel zones vary by your character level):
Search for the vampire that might have the cape and fangs for his costume 0/1 Plane of Hate (This is updated by killing the Bloody Vampire)
There are four more steps. I do not know the wording but they are to loot the Bloody Vampire Cape, loot the Bloody Vampire Fangs and then deliver them both to th Dressed-Up Halfling.

The drops you need are Bloody Vampire Cape and Bloody Vampire Fangs (off the Bloody Vampire).

This task sends you to different zones based on your current level.
I don't know the level cut-offs, but the zones seem to be:
