    Galadvert Nablisten says 'So it seems slaves and merchants alike have noticed missing items, and it seems that Prince Tardunk might be the cause of both. Do you know where the [Hall of Decrees] is?'

    You say, 'Where is this Hall of Decrees?'

    Galadvert Nablisten says 'The Hall is where Murdunk plans his battles and holds counsel with his advisors. It is located above the marketplace. If Tardunk is taking advantage of his father's absence, he can probably be found there. Return our lost goods to us!'

    Explore the Hall of Decrees 0/1 (Toskirakk)

    As you approach the entrance to Murdunk's chamber, you notice that two strange guards have taken up stations outside it.

    Kill 2 guards 0/2 (Toskirakk)

    Two "a Rallosian Guardian" spawn in the upper level of Toskirakk. These two ogres are your targets for this step. Both see invis and /con yellow at 85.

    Kill Tardunk 0/1 (Toskirakk)

    NOTE: Tardunk despawns very quickly. As the two guards outside will take a while to kill the easiest way to do this is to kill Tardunk, then finish the guards afterwards.

    Retrieve the goods Tardunk stole 0/1 (Toskirakk)

    On Tardunk's corpse you will find 6x Stolen Goods.

    Return the stolen goods to Galadvert 0/1 (Toskirakk)

    You have found the thief and removed his ill-gotten gains from his clutches. The slaves will hopefully be able to gain a little bit of comfort with these supplies.

    Ok - now this task must be done in order of events. Tardunk does not spawn right away. I parked a high level char with task in his room and waited. Had 86 SK go and get task (no spawn). Had her run to Clue spots in market (on map) - when doing this, even if it says updated - pull up quest journal and verify that it was in fact updated, had to back away and try again for true update on quest. Run back to Galadvert and get update (still no spawn). Run upstairs to Hall of Decrees and you will get an update about the two odd looking guards, go farther into the hall and get 2nd update (Tardunk spawns). Had SK move to corner near ramp into room and wait till Tardunk was killed (sees invis, like the two Gardians). The others in the room do not argo or come to Tardunk's aide if no AE used. Once SK looted the corpse ran back and gave box to Galadvert for completion of task. High lvl char had to go throught the whole task again before completion of task.

    Get the quest from Galadvert Nablisten and head straight for Tardunk's room. The two normal mobs at the bottom of the steps are replaced by GUARDIANS. There is a text to the effect, "you notice different guards," or something like that. Yes, they see through invisibility, but they were dubious to me until I actually started combat. Then they, Tardunk, Namekeepers and a select few others turn KoS. Leave the guards up. You can run in the room and get behind Tardunk and kill him where he stands. Nothing else in the room aggroed. For safety, I cast invisibility on myself and went out to the flat areas on either side of the steps and pulled the two guards up to them. I killed them there. Quest done.

    I've tried multiple ways to get this done and all are broken. The guards and the named are not spawning at all. Is there a max level limit on it? (Doesn't seem likely)
    Has anyone else had this issue?

    Picked this Task up for my Mage and held onto it for a couple months until I leveled up. Found the interest to finish it only to have the two Guards get KS'd (twice! once by my one guildie!!) then tried it a third time only to get Bugged for not getting updates for clues in the market area. Lost interest.

    Ok I have a mage with Perfected Group Invisibility.

    I walk down (group is all invis) infront of the boss and it triggers the boss and guards to spawn... nothing aggros me since i am invis.

    I got our grp to stack up all in one tight spot behind the boss... we kill boss... nothing aggro'd us from the sides. We all looted a box off the bosses corpse.

    We invis'd again... walked out the door and killed the 2 guardians for the guard updates.

    done :D

    No campfire needed. Have the person requesting the task get initial task updates and head towards Tardunk area but do not approach close until the rest of group has precleared the few trash mobs flanking the ramp (the two see-invis Rallosian Guardians spawn on top of that normal basepop). Invis group, head inside, and keep your backs on the wall. Then have task person enter the area to trigger. Tardunk spawns behind the table and will despawn in exactly 5 minutes. He can be fought inside his room -- none of the other 5 trash mobs will agro if you stay tight on Tardunk's spawn point. Once Tardunk is dead, invis back out and kill the two Guardians quick before repop starts. Task person can invis in/out to loot Tardunk's corpse. Preclear a few mobs and don't train yourself ~ quick and done.

    This task is a pain but can be done. Check to see if the guardians are up before you get the quest. If they are you have to kill them first or Tardunk will not pop. They see invis and hit very hard but have less hitpoints then trash in zone. After killing them place a campfire right on the ramp going into the room. Get the quest and get all the trigger spots just before getting near the guardians.... camp behind the gaurdians and kill the trash to one side as quick as possible and then kill Tardunk. he will despawn like everyone says very quickly. I found it easier to get the quest and kill the guardians even if they were up before. Then have someone else get the quest out of grp and set the triggers to make Tardunk spawn while you are sitting in the room waiting for him and can have trash already cleared.

    Great advice all the way around. You must be fast because you do not want repops inside before everyone gets to loot their crate. I reran task with one in the group after dropping and regetting, and was a tad slow, had closest repop too soon.

    He dropped 6 of them.

    I did notice that if the two guards are already up, you will get the task update for the Hall of Decrees BUT Tardunk will not spawn. So you will have to kill the guards and redo the task.

    I found this task to be highly annoying. I 3boxed this with my Ranger, Cleric, and Enchanter. After pulling my hair out, I ended up going just outside of where Tardunk spawns without having the mission. I climbed the steps leading up to his doorway, and put down a campfire outside of his door, on the ledge. I then ran back to get the task.

    I then returned to the second floor, and got the updates and his guards to spawn. I ran back out of the room, and clicked the campfire to port up behind the guards. I pulled two trash out of Tardunk's room, then Tardunk himself. I burned the trash mobs down as quickly as possible. Tardunk does *indeed* despawn very quickly. After Tardunk was down, you can take your time killing his guards. I'm pretty sure they see invis, by the way. I never was able to pull and kill his guards without adds, and without getting him to despawn first. The campfire method was the easiest way I could find to do this with just my three toons.

    If (like me) you set up shop for this final fight in one of the halls behind the Hall of Decrees (there is a great corner you can hide around and place your group while you pull off / split Tardunk) you need to be aware that there is a quest update that is NOT on the quest window but MUST be done in order.

    Before the update/hotspot for "Explore the Hall of Decrees" there is another update that is just in the entry archway as you get near the Hall of Decrees. Here you will get 2 yellow text emotes saying,

    "As you approach the entrance to Murdunk's chamber, you notice that two strange guards have taken up stations outside of it."

    With this emote (given twice) the 2 guards pop. If you do not get this emote before you get the update for the "explore" you will be bugged and will have to do it over again.

    The reason this is important is if you set up shop in the back like i did and use a campsite to port your way back to the group, you will walk over the "explore" update hotspot before you can get the the guards to spawn and you will be bugged. It took me forever to figure this out lol. You can just drop the quest and reget it, run around and do the first parts and run up to the hall again. Just make sure you dont port in behind hall and you will be fine :)

    You need to kill Tardunk BEFORE the guards, if you kill the guards first then Tardunk depops. It took me only 3 tries to get this sorted (

    a Rallosian Guardian is what you need to kill for the "Kill 2 guards" part of the task. Saying this just to help clarify.
