Scribe Choone may be found by the Ak'anon Strike Force vendors and bankers at +3664, -2553, 30.
You say, 'Hail, Scribe Choone' Scribe Choone says 'Hello there, friend. Would you happen to have a moment to speak with me about a [matter] of some importance?' You say, 'What matter?' Scribe Choone says 'First, allow me to introduce myself. I am Scribe Choone, one of Gimblefixx's gatherers of information. We left the caravan to investigate the rumors of a minotaur fortress in this region. Six of us went out, but only I made it back, for we were soon ambushed by angry minotaurs. The one they called Higoren was especially [brutal], seeming to take a fair amount of pleasure as he struck us down one at a time.' You say, 'Brutal?' Scribe Choone says 'We were in the wrong place at the wrong time, and were ill-equipped to fight. I barely escaped. Five good gnomes died to gain access to the minotaur lands, and by rights those deaths shall not have been for naught. What advance money Gimblefixx gave me to finish my reporting, I'll grant to you if you'll thin out the minotaur herd and bring me the tail of Higoren. Is that a [deal]?' You say, 'It's a deal.' The quest NPC (Scribe Choone) location I can confirm at: +3664, -2553, 30. This is in the camp near the catapult.
The Tail, CANNOT be preloted, you must take task before, or item will be useless.
Quest time with nice level tank is 15 mins. (Runing to zone, and back to NPC included)

I got the tail at level 70 with a couple of friends but could not get the task. The minotaurs are blue and white with one or two yellow warriors to me and Higoren is yellow. Was blue to a 73rd level, which makes him 71 or 72.
I think requiring this for a 75th level player is a little high.
Pathing here is off so be right up on him when you engage. Didnt notice any resists.
The quest NPC is in the NE corner of the zone near the zone in from AK' Anon, on your left as you zone in. He is near Derek Wolfblood.

This is the greatest illusion mask quest ever. Very quick. 3 of us got this done in 25 minutes from start to reward
Scribe Choone is located at 3667,-2509 near the cannon to fort mech.

Soloed this with my 82 wizzie.. took about 30 min with regen and all..Last pull was 3 as one decided to repop outside after I decided to do a double pull with timer running out..but I rooted and snared 2 and kited named.. < no snare > after kill was able to evac to SL and run to Choone to get mask..
Soloed with my 83 Wiz and Merc Cleric. Backed way up on rock wall behind him and blasted with my best nukes. No adds aggroed from back there. Merc did one heal on me was all. 5 nukes took him down in about 1 minute. Looted and gated - was easy.
WHY would they make this quest with a level requirement of 75, when the mask requires only a level 65? Just wondering...
Did this quest with my 77 warrior, so it is not an 85 quest.

Fight is straight forward, tries to run at low health. Drops 1 Higoren's Tail when killed. respawn time about 5 minutes

I'll hold off on updating this further until the quest is on the Live servers.
No problem, I will try and re update when / if it goes live with reward and / or whatever changes they make in the meantime
