Bracka Darkpaw is located at the Darkpaw camp in Oceangreen Hills (far southwestern corner of the zone).
You say, 'Hail, Bracka Darkpaw' Bracka Darkpaw says 'Bark! I am strongest gnoll in Darkpaw clan! Stronger even than Raxtor! Him smarter, though. Yip! Bracka fight hard to defend Darkpaw [home], but the Blackburrow beasties too many.' You say, 'Home?' Bracka Darkpaw growls sadly. 'Burrow to the northeast was our home until nasty Blackburrow gnolls and their [monsters] kicked us out. Bracka smashed some of them, though! They not so tough with head bashed in, Bracka always say.' You say, 'Monsters?' Bracka Darkpaw says 'Bark! Blackburrow gnolls have some gnoll-shape monsters with them. They look like gnolls but also not like gnolls, yip! They are twisted, evil! The evil make them strong, stronger even than Bracka! Will you [hunt] these gnoll-monsters for Bracka? Me want revenge and Darkpaw clan will be grateful!' You say, 'I'll hunt them' You have been assigned the task 'Summary Execution'. Bracka Darkpaw growls appreciatively. 'Bracka thank you, adventurer!' Destroy 5 of the dangerous Wrext Mal elite 0/5 (Blackburrow) These gnolls are found deeper within Blackburrow and are a little stronger than their regular counterparts (hit for ~2,200 and vary between single-target rampage, AE rampage, and flurry). Destroy 15 of the twisted Blackburrow gnolls 0/15 (Blackburrow) Most gnolls count towards this step (whether "enraged" or not). Some do not - the difference is unknown. Report back to Bracka 0/1 (Oceangreen Hills) You say, 'Hail, Bracka Darkpaw' Your task 'Summary Execution' has been updated. While it seems that there's certainly more where those came from, you have struck a decisive blow against the Wrext Mal gnarls. Bracka also told you how to unlock the doors to Blackburrow. Your faction standing with Cirtan, Bayle's Herald got better. Mercs have very bad pathing in Old Blackburrow and especially by the Wrext Mal Gnolls. This will cause adds. As I had a single pull magically Merc warped and got the group wiped. Be careful.

You should get Summary Execution, Invading the Invaders and Send the Message since you can do a good part of them right inside zone in. I zoned in and had 2 Gnolls (pulling one at a time) right away and once you go outside of the cave turn left and left again and it will put you in an open area with cover behind. You can pull to here the stragling gnolls that walk in front of zone. You will have mobs grouped together in center and off to the sides so be carefull not to train yourself. You will be able to finish Invading the Invaders (the insignias needed drop off every other one) and you will finish the gnoll part of the other 2 as well. To do these easily and without getting killed stay in cave or go to open area to left. WARNING if you go into the opening by the tree trunk you will fall through the floor to a river type thing with mobs. They don't attack since your a bit away from aggro. I will report more as I finsh these. Remember you can always run to zone if your in danger then come back. I did this with myself and a T3 healer merc.

run straight out from ent to the hole in the middle and jump in you land in lake and swim through the hole in the wall and straight to shore good spot to prepare yourself (wrext mal dont seam to see through perma invis)

I was able to get this quest at level 70, although it was not easy to complete three boxing three level 70 toons.
Given in the same Darkpaw camp, these other two quests:
"Invading the Invaders"
"Send the Message"
are required in order to obtain the next group task in the progression.

a gnoll shaman can see through invis.

I found gnolls with 'Wrext Mal' in their names down close the bottom lake. Nothing saw invis on the way down but your mileage may vary. From zone in, go across to door on other side, through it and wind down the wood plank path to the bottom and hang a right. From the bridge you should be able to see the lake and target some of the Wrext Mal mobs. Some are close together and pathing can be screwy. Have fun =)

If you plow all gnolls from zone in to the door you'll knock this part out.
Note that this task would be pretty rough completely solo. Best to bring a friend or 2 and a Merc.
