This solo task begins with Fenden Helter in the Citadel of Dragonscale (right next to the port-in location). It has a lockout timer of 18 hours, which is shared with his other "Quick Errand" tasks.
You say, 'Hail, Fenden Helter' Fenden Helter says 'Hey there _____! You look like just my kind of adventurer! Do I have an [opportunity] for you! Why don't you come over here and we'll discuss the riches and adventures that can be yours?' You say, 'An opportunity?' Fenden Helter says 'Yes, yes! I alone am in a rather unique and fortunate position and lucky for you I'm willing to allow you to work for me! You see I happen to be close personal friends with nearly everyone in this part of the world. I am so trusted, in fact, that I'm authorized to hire adventurers such as you to perform various, ah, [tasks] for the groups in this part of Faydwer.' You say, 'What tasks?' Fenden Helter says 'There are several types of services you can perform for my various employers. You can perform [errands] or engage in [combat] or even perform various [acts] of mischief and sabotage. Whatever you choose you will be rewarded!' You say, 'Errands?' Fenden Helter says 'Why don't you take a look at these tasks and see if one of them seems like something you'd like to do today?' A window pops up offering seven tasks, one for each faction. You have been assigned the task 'A Quick Errand - Brownie Rebels'. Fenden has asked you to perform a small favor for the Brownie Rebels. Take revenge on the minotaurs by stealing supplies from their fortress. You will find a series of containers within the minotaur fort that contain valuable supplies. Steal them to deprive the minotaurs of the supplies. Return and speak with Fenden when you have completed this small task. Minimum level is 65. Is the max level 85? Or has this quest been removed from the game? I couldn't get it on my level 89 character.

a note: the z coordinates need to be accurate for this quest. in other words, if you are not getting the updates and wondering why, it is because you are levitating and are too far from the ground to receive the update. touch the floor and all is well.

Upstairs there is a minotaur spiritist who sees through invis. Normally he should be in the room to the right (which you don't have to enter to complete the task), but two times I found him in the main room (which you have to cross), and surely I died both times. Don't know if he got trained there or if he wanders, just be sure to have a look into the main room and con the mobs before you walk in.
Edit: The experience reward at lvl 65 (with 100% exp towards AA) was one full AA.

anyone know the min lvl to request this?
I was able to get this task at lvl 65, didn't try lower.

Didn't have to click the "dressers", task updated simply by walking into the rooms. Did the 3 rooms inside the fort on base level, only got 1 update on first floor before I died due to the invis seeing mino. Beat me down (lvl 65 Bst) in less than 5 seconds.

Sooo easy =) Just invis run in the fort and Click Every "dresser" looking thing you see. took me less than 40 seconds to complete the whole thing. very easy =)

I keep getting killed by one upstairs. :(

Avoid the room on your right when you get upstairs. There's a see invis mob in there, and the "dressers" you need aren't in there.
For this quest you do not need to click at any "dresser" or anything else. You just need to pass the given locs.
