A Quick Errand - Crusaders of Veeshan

This solo task begins with Fenden Helter in the Citadel of Dragonscale (right next to the port-in location). It has a lockout timer of 18 hours, which is shared with his other "Quick Errand" tasks.
You say, 'Hail, Fenden Helter' Fenden Helter says 'Hey there _____! You look like just my kind of adventurer! Do I have an [opportunity] for you! Why don't you come over here and we'll discuss the riches and adventures that can be yours?' You say, 'An opportunity?' Fenden Helter says 'Yes, yes! I alone am in a rather unique and fortunate position and lucky for you I'm willing to allow you to work for me! You see I happen to be close personal friends with nearly everyone in this part of the world. I am so trusted, in fact, that I'm authorized to hire adventurers such as you to perform various, ah, [tasks] for the groups in this part of Faydwer.' You say, 'What tasks?' Fenden Helter says 'There are several types of services you can perform for my various employers. You can perform [errands] or engage in [combat] or even perform various [acts] of mischief and sabotage. Whatever you choose you will be rewarded!' You say, 'Errands?' Fenden Helter says 'Why don't you take a look at these tasks and see if one of them seems like something you'd like to do today?' A window pops up offering seven tasks, one for each faction. You have been assigned the task 'A Quick Errand - Crusaders of Veeshan'. Fenden has asked you to perform a small favor for the Crusaders of Veeshan. You are to seek out an Emissary of Yelinak in Skyshrine and give him this progress report from Dragonscale Hills. Be warned that travel through Skyshrine can be dangerous for those that the Claws of Veeshan do not trust and love. Return and speak with Fenden when you have completed this small task. Ask Fenden for the report you need to deliver. 0/1 (Dragonscale Hills) You say, 'Hail, Fenden' You receive a Crusader's Progress Report. Crusaders of Veeshan +35
My two-boxed cleric needs ally with Crusaders for one of his spells, and this task is really his only way to raise faction, so I decided to bind him at the emissary and use Gate + Throne of Heroes + guild hall portal to DSH to run the loop as fast as possible. Alas, it turns out clerics can't bind in front of the emissary. (I suspect a druid could.) I was surprised, since I sure thought Skyshrine was a city! So I backtracked a bit and found that I could actually bind just a very short run from him, at +548, -564, +100. From there it was just a run through a corridor and a gate, up some stairs, turn left, look around the next corner to the left. I expect to become exceedingly familiar with that route!

Ctrl+F and Yelinak`s Emissary is the only person on the list. The mystical path will lead you right to him.
Yes - use your game auto-navigation to find this guy - super easy and you never get lost.

Open your maps folder and at the bottom of skyshrine_1.txt paste it. Save, go in game and zone into SkyShrine. Boom, instant checkpoint on map.

For people still having trouble finding the guy....
Zone in for wakening lands and then head to the cobalt scar teleport room which should be marked on your map ( basically just zone in and keep heading north and turning west at every opportunity).
From the cobalt scar teleport room, go through the northern exit, then turn
right ( east ).
Keep going as east as you can and it will lead you around to a big room with some steps going up the south wall.
Go up the steps and it leads to a big room with a ramp that branches east and west.
Go up the eastern side of the ramp.
The emissary is at the top of the ramp, just to your left.

After 6 of these tasks completed, I am still Dubious to Jashy, which was my only reason for doing this quest over and over. I am not sure why they put such a long timer on a task that gives so little of a reward.
If done right, you don't have to kill anything, but it still takes a bit of time of running around if you are a non-porting class. Not sure if the faction is worth it now. I was hoping to be at least indifferent at this point.
EDIT: 9 tasks in so far, still dubious. Now its almost a morbid curiosity to see how many of these just to move up to indifferent.

EDIT update: 11 tasks to move from Dubious to Apprehensive. Not exactly breaking speed records, but its quick and easy to do once you have the pattern down.

EDIP update: So 11 tasks got me to Apprehensive from Dubious, and now at 15 tasks done I just made indifferent. Dubious seems to be the "biggest" faction so far.

EDIT update: 19 tasks and I just made Amiable. So far, start at dubious. 11 To apprehensive. 4 more to Indifferent. 4 more to Amiable. Making the charge to Kindly, will edit again when I have it, but thats as far as I'm taking it.

Last edit update: Its a long haul to kindly using only this task. I started to get antsy and got a couple other faction tasks in as well at this point. The total count, 28 of these tasks run, 2 collection essence tasks, and one "A quick Attack" task and I just hit kindly. So from when I first hit Aimable, 9 more of these, 1 attack, and 2 collection tasks.
And I am done with this task from here on out. GL to whoever wants to do this route, it'll take you about a month to get from Dubious to Kindly using only this.

For now, i did this task 15 times and i am still at dubious.. when you said "and now at 15 tasks done I just made indifferent.", did you get others factions hit from mobs or other tasks before doing these?

All you have to do is Hail the NPC, he gives an item on cursor called exactly "Crusader's Progress Report"

As for the actual faction hit, I have done this twice now, and am Dubious to Jashy. Not sure what I started at. I will update this as I repeat it once a day.
UPDATE: At 3 and now 4 of these completed, I am STILL dubious to Jashy, so I would guess that the faction hit is not very large for this task. Seems like the best way is probably still the collection quests in Cyrstollis (SP?). I plan on doing this at least once more, but if I still haven't moved from Dubious I am probably done dealing with this quest.
Oh, and the experience is about 1% normal xp at level 80 per run through, not sure how much AA.

Zone in to Skyshrine from Cobalt scar.
Head north out the gate and follow the only (real) route, up the next level. You'll come out in a room with stairs in front of you, go up them, and turn left. As You get off of the stairs, on your left there will be one of those little ice golems, named "Yelinak's Emissary." Give him the item, and gate out.

Bless you! I searched for like 3 hours and didn't find him! Seems to be a 16 hour 35 minute lockout on repeating this one. Am now Kindly and got a new 80 weapon proc spell from Jashy.

Wonder how many times u did this to get to 'Kindly' and/or did u do other stuff to get faction up?
