This solo task begins with Fenden Helter in the Citadel of Dragonscale (right next to the port-in location at 1368, -1934). It has a lockout timer of 18 hours which is shared with his other "Quick Errand" tasks.

You say, 'Hail, Fenden Helter'

Fenden Helter says 'Hey there _____! You look like just my kind of adventurer! Do I have an [opportunity] for you! Why don't you come over here and we'll discuss the riches and adventures that can be yours?'

You say, 'An opportunity?'

Fenden Helter says 'Yes, yes! I alone am in a rather unique and fortunate position and lucky for you I'm willing to allow you to work for me! You see I happen to be close personal friends with nearly everyone in this part of the world. I am so trusted, in fact, that I'm authorized to hire adventurers such as you to perform various, ah, [tasks] for the groups in this part of Faydwer.'

You say, 'What tasks?'

Fenden Helter says 'There are several types of services you can perform for my various employers. You can perform [errands] or engage in [combat] or even perform various [acts] of mischief and sabotage. Whatever you choose you will be rewarded!'

You say, 'Errands?'

Fenden Helter says 'Why don't you take a look at these tasks and see if one of them seems like something you'd like to do today?'

A window pops up offering seven tasks, one for each faction.

You have been assigned the task 'A Quick Errand - Fang Breakers'.

Fenden has asked you to perform a small favor for the Fang Breakers. As part of the regular communication with the Fang Breakers in the Karanas you have been asked to deliver a status report to the Fang Breakers representative, Tal Stoutheart, in North Karana. Return and speak with Fenden once you have accomplished this small task.

Ask Fenden for the Report you need to deliver 0/1 (Dragonscale Hills)

You say, 'Hail, Fenden Helter'

Fenden Helter says 'Here you go!'

Receive Fangbreaker's Progress Report.

Deliver 1 Fangbreaker's Progress Report to Tal Stoutheart 0/1 (North Karana)

Tal Stoutheart can be found at +1364, -1928, +4 in North Karana. Give him the report.

Tal Stoutheart says 'Fantastic! I've been waiting here for this report! My brother Bunu will be happy to finally have this, we've been waiting for weeks from word from the Loping Plains! But before you go I would ask you for one final favor. Will you in turn deliver this report to our camp in Loping Plains? You would have my gratitude! Larquin will be happy to accept our report, I'm sure!

Receive "Tal Stoutheart's Report".

Deliver 1 Tal Stoutheart's Report to Larquin Fangbreaker 0/1 (Loping Plains)

Larquin Fangbreaker can be found in the Fang Breaker camp near the Steamfont zone in Loping Plains.

Larquin Fangbreaker says 'Thank you for taking the time to deliver this. Maintaining communication with our brothers in the Karanas is especially challenging now with all of the activity within Bloodmoon Keep recently. I wonder if we will ever make any true progress towards destroying that nest of vileness?'

Speak with Fenden again now that you are done 0/1 (Dragonscale Hills)

You say, 'Hail, Fenden Helter'

Fenden Helter says 'Well done! Here is your reward for your time and service!'

Your faction standing with Fang Breakers got better.

for a Druid who can port people, this quest is the Gravy Train for XP.

Bind in Dragonscale Hills by the quest giver.
Port to North Karana. Do turn-in.
Port to Loping Plains, evac to the zone line, do turn-in.
With the "port group to bind point" AA, you're back to the quest giver.

Repeat daily.

While you're in Loping Plains do the Quick Attack - Fang Breakers (Kill 10 orcs) and do the kill 20 quest (Reducing the Threat - Wereorcs )as well. Pick an Orc camp and do 3 rounds of kills

Two of us with Mercs doing the 3 quests with Lesson on for the kill 20, nets 7-8 AAs in an hour or so.
Morromid (Everquest)
Terris-Thule -> Prexus -> now The Rathe Server

The loc given in the comments earlier is incorrect. Tal is actually at +1370, -1916. NOT positive on the second number.
As stated earlier, you can also use Find to locate him.

I'm not sure if they've adjusted the faction hits with this errand since you've posted (though I doubt it), but I went from dubious to amiable from doing this 13-15 times. I know I haven't done any more than that because I back-calculated based on the faycitum I've received. I'm currently at 17 completions and am still amiable. Will post when I reach kindly and ally.

Oh, and I had run a couple of the Fang Breakers quests in Loping Planes, but that was prior to running any of these errands, and I was still Dubious. I haven't done any of the LP quests since then.
