This raid task begins with Reaver Lebanezer in the Bertoxxulous Chosen camp in the Hills of Shade. It follows the task One of Our Own in which you first "killed" Bimbalicus.

You say, 'Hail, Reaver Lebanezer'

Reaver Lebanezer says 'It seems that the Soulbleeder's spirit became partially fused with the crystals in which he stored his power. After you destroyed him, his spirit traveled the underground crystal passages to one of the Crypt's deep chambers, where he was able to reincarnate and continue his despicable work. To say that the Soulbleeder is up to no good would be the gnomish understatement of the century. He's harvesting tormented souls from deep within the Crypt, _____, and storing them in these black crystals. His power grows, and to make matters worse, he's raising an army of undead servants. We need to [destroy] him now, before this gets worse.'

You say, 'We will destroy him'

Reaver Lebanezer says 'You know what you have to do.'

You have been assigned the task 'The Soulbleeder Must Bleed'

Head southwest to the Crypt of Shade and locate your contact, Dabble Splinewinder. He will be standing outside near a tree, just off the path. Dabble will be able to sneak you into the Crypt of Shade without alerting the Soulbleeder to your presence.

Speak with Dabble Splinewinder 0/1 (Hills of Shade))

You say, 'Hail, Dabble Splinewinder'

Dabble Splinewinder says 'Yes, yes. Lebanezer said to wait for you here. I'll show you the way in, but you must hurry. Tell me when you're ready to [enter].'

You say, 'I am ready to enter'

The gnome ushers you into the crypt through a side passage.

LOADING, PLEASE WAIT...
You have entered Crypt of Shade.

Kill 1 Bimbalicus the Soulbleeder 0/1 (Crypt of Shade)

Battle your way through to the Soulbleeder's chamber (the slightly larger room on the east side). Beware the event begins the moment you walk into his room, so med up and prepare beforehand.

Before beginning, note that there are four coffins that need to be kept mezzed through the encounter. If this is not done, they spawn skeletons which can quickly add up. There are two coffins outside of the Soulbleeder's room, one coffin in an inlet a little ways north, and another coffin a little ways south. (Refer to this map for coffin locations.)

Upon entering the Soulbleeder's room:

Bimbalicus the Soulbleeder shouts 'These interlopers must not interfere with my work! Minions! Kill them!'

Two ravenous ghoul lords and numerous ghoulish minions spawn and charge the room. The minions are mezzable. Kill the lords and minions.

Approximately three minutes after the event begins, two severed shadows spawn and attack. Another three minutes after that, Bimbalicus and his two guardians become active. While the guardians will charge the raid, Bimbalicus remains permanently rooted (but summons, even at 100% health).

Bimbalicus the Soulbleeder drains the essence from the nearby undead and adds it to his own.

a soul leech spirit reaches forth with outstretched arms.

The spirits hit for a max (unknown) and enrage. They cast two spells:

Crippling Terror: PB AE 15', (-150)
1: SpinStun

Mind Bleed: Single Target, (-350)
1: Decrease Agro Multiplier by 50%
2: Decrease Mana by 1000 per tick

Bimbalicus hits for a max (unknown), flurries, and enrages. He AEs "Soul Drain" (a lifetap) as well as "Soul Wrench":

Soul Drain: Lifetap 0', Chromatic (-350)
1: Decrease Hitpoints by 10000

Soul Wrench: PB AE 60', (-350)
1: Decrease Hitpoints by 12000

Kill the two spirits and the Soulbleeder.

Kill 1 Bimbalicus the Manysoul 0/1 (Crypt of Shade)

The Soulbleeder's destruction merely transformed him into a conglomeration of angry souls. You must finish him off!

Upon the Soulbleeder's death, Bimbalicus the Manysoul spawns along with several corrupted souls (the aggro is immediate). Also, several neuromantic crystals activate in various locations (refer to this map for crystal spawns).

The crystals need to be "killed" as soon as possible. If not done, adds start spawning or additional AEs occur.

The corrupted souls cannot be attacked and should be avoided. They move around the room and have two spells which act like auras and get chain casted:

Grasping Tendrils: PB AE 10', (-150)
1: Root
2: Increase corruption counter by 1

Dark Pulse: PB AE 8', (-350)
1: Decrease Hitpoints by 6000

Obviously, if you find yourself in both of these - particularly the latter - you will be in a world of hurt.

Bimbalicus the Manysoul hits for a max (unknown), AE rampages for full damage, and enrages. He casts the same spells as the Soulbleeder, but also has two damage shields:

Backlash: Self 0', Unresistable (0)
1: Spell-Damage Shield(-500)
2: Increase corruption counter by 99

Jagged Shards: Self 0', Unresistable (0)
1: Increase corruption counter by 99
2: Increase Damage Shield by 50

Upon the death of Bimbalicus the Manysoul, all adds despawn and a chest with loot spawns in the room (loot is listed below).

- 2 mins 48 seconds (28 ticks) after the event begins that wave 2 spawns.
- The shadows split into two shadelings on death
- After 54 seconds (9 ticks) the shadelings emote that they evolve back into shadows (definitely haven't witnessed this happening though)
- 2 mins and 54 seconds (29 ticks) after the second wave spawns, the third wave begins
- All the mini named and both versions of bimbal (I didn't check zone trash) give the same two faction hits
