Raid Expedition: The Steam Factory

This raid expedition is given by Plink Squichbolt who can be found in the Ak'Anon Strike Force camp near the zone-in from Dragonscale in Fortress Mechanotus. You must have a minimum of 6 players in your raid and in the Fortress zone in order to request it. There are no other pre-requisites.
You say, 'Hail, Plink Squichbolt' Plink Squichbolt says '_____! You made it! I've heard all sorts of stories about you. How'd you like the trip up here? Those catapults are fantastic aren't they? You wouldn't believe what we went through to get those working the way they are now. Since you're here now though I wonder if you'd be up for giving me a [hand].' You say, 'A hand?' Plink Squichbolt says 'The Warmarshal over there has tasked me with finding a way to disrupt or destroy parts of Meldrath's operations in the Steam Factory. I've been talking with a group of brownies down there that have broken away from Meldrath's control and have been working against him. I've offered them what help I could, but something [more] is needed.' You say, 'What more?' Plink Squichbolt says 'Information the brownies have given me indicate that several of the commanders in the Steam Factory will all be down there sometime in the near future. If we could [eliminate] those figures it would deal a serious blow to Meldrath's operations down there.' You say, 'I will eliminate them' If you don't have enough people: Plink Squichbolt says 'I knew you'd be interested! I think you might need a few more friends with you though. These commanders are not going to be a push over.' If you have the numbers: Plink Squichbolt says 'I knew I could count on you _____! I've arranged with the brownies to have them help people down into the tunnels. Once you've prepared speak with the brownie's emissary here and he will arrange things to take you down there.' A rebel brownie emissary stands beside Plink. Tell him you are ready in order to enter the zone. You say, 'Hail, a rebel brownie emissary' a rebel brownie emissary says 'Greetings _____. If you're here to help you'll want to speak with Plink. Though if you've already agreed to help her out let me know when you're [ready] and I'll get you into the tunnels.' You say, 'I am ready' LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered The Steam Factory. Events within this expedition include (links point to detailed event information): Power Station in which you encounter Chief Mechanic Clankwrench in the extreme northwestern room of the zone. Mining Behemoth, located in the mines of the Factory. Spindlecrank, located in the large, open room accessed by heading west through the brownie tunnels upon zoning in. Each event has a lockout timer of 4.5 days. Trash mobs do not see invisibility, so you can move from raid mob to raid mob while invis'd. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

To request this, you actually only need a minimum of 6 people, not 7, but they do have to be in raid format and in the zone.
Will this raid be enough to flag you for pure power source useage?

Raid information is wrong. There are NO requirements to request this instance beyond simply being in a raid and having 7+ people in Fortress Mechanotus.

Appears the name of the NPC to request this raid is Plink Squichbolt, a female gnome at loc pos 135, neg 1427.48, pos 388. She is in a tent directly behind the Warmarshal
Was any faction/prequests/etc/etc needed in order to request/be apart of this expedition? ....anyone know ??

My guild was trying to do this event on CMC.When its at 70% hp , the add will pop but after we killed all the adds we cant drop its HP under 70%.
Who know is it a bug and part of the event please?

The way to, do it.
Beat it until HP locked. Wait until 1 suit animate. Bring suit to CMC. Beat suit to 10%. If you do not get emote WAIT FOR EMOTE saying that suit give problem to CMC.... rinse repeat until CMC dead. Beware you have only 1 spare suit so do not kill 2 without getting the emote first.

level 85 Chief Mechanic Clankwrench is another event. no mobs see through invis so very easy to run to next event. level 85 spindlecrank as well.... killing him next. all decent loot.
