Aendurel Tethandras can be found in the Loping Plains in the Fang Breakers camp near the zone-in from the Steamfont Mountains.
You say, 'Hail, Aendurel Tethandras' Aendurel Tethandras says 'Hail to you _____. I am Aendurel Tethandras, and I lead the nocturnal division of the Fangbreakers. I am charged with helping cleanse the Loping Plains of the orc and werewolf infestations that have been plaguing these lands for a very long time. We are always looking for new [members] to assist us in this task. Know anyone interested?' You say, 'Members?' Aendurel Tethandras says 'Aye, to become a member of the Fangbreakers you must help in the cause of cleansing these lands. There are many camps of Shadowmane werewolves and Bloodmoon orcs, and even more camps sprouting up everyday. We need more members to combat the rampant growth of orcs and werewolves. Would you be interested in helping assist the Fangbreakers in [cleansing] the Loping Plains of these abominations?' You say, 'Cleansing the plains?' Aendurel Tethandras says 'Very well _____. Go forth and defeat 12 Shadowmane werewolves and 12 Bloodmoon orcs. You will also need to vanquish two important members of the Shadowmanes and Bloodmoons: Lieutenant Kulthar of the Shadowmanes and Orrel the Blood Mystic of the Bloodmoons. You may find Kulthar somewhere south of here. Orrel on the other hand, was last seen west near the river. Report back to me once you have cleansed these lands.' You have been assigned the task 'Taking Back the Night'. Aendurel has charged you with the task of cleansing the Loping Plains by vanquishing Bloodmoon Orcs and Shadowmane werewolves. He also has tasked you with slaying two important members of the Bloodmoon Orcs and the Shadowmane werewolves: Orrel the Blood Mystic and Lieutenant Kulthar. Report back to Aendurel once the cleansing has been completed. Defeat 12 Shadowmane werewolves 0/12 (Loping Plains) Vanquish Lieutenant Kulthar, a prominent Shadowmane 0/1 (Loping Plains) Defeat 12 Bloodmoon Orcs 0/12 (Loping Plains) Vanquish Orrel the Blood Mystic, a prominent Bloodmoon Orc 0/1 (Loping Plains) Report back to Aendurel 0/1 (Loping Plains) Aendurel smiles to you as you report the cleansing of the enemies of the Fangbreakers. He tells you, 'Thank you for the assistance. Our fight against both the Shadowmanes and Bloodmoons will be much easier after your cleansing of the Loping Plains.' Reward: Experience Faction with Fang Breakers has been adjusted by 25. FYI, Orel does not always stay at the camp indicated on the maps. He either roams, or is pulled away from camp. I spent a day waiting for him to pop. He was up on the hill out of sight. If your a tracker no problem. If you are not, and he is not at the camp spot. look around the area to find him. Don't waist time waiting on him. He may already be up.

Although it's not listed anywhere as being linked to the Wereorc illusion, this task is actually required to obtain the Wereorc's Right Mandibular Fragment, along with Cursed Saddlery. I thought I had all the tasks completed for the illusion item, but I was missing a piece... After petitioning, I was told I was missing a task, although the GM said she could not reveal game lore and tell me WHAT I was missing, so I combed through to see what I had missed. Lo and behold, when I got this one onto my log, it listed the rewards as XP, faction and my missing mandibular fragment. I don't know if it was always this way, as Rasper's site doesn't list anything other than Cursed Saddlery either, but it definitely needs added to the Wereorc illusion missions now.

Was able to single pull Orrel out of the camp and kite him solo. I pulled from max distance with snare and he walked right out of the camp and didn't aggro the other 14 guys around him.

They don't draw aggro even if you kill him in the middle of everyone else

Killing a bloodmoon ambusher or a bloodmoon ambusher captain (from The Daring Rescue quest) will also update the task.
