This task begins when you loot a Silverwing Faceguard from The Deep.
--You have looted a Silverwing Faceguard.-- You have been assigned the task 'Lost Heirlooms (Level 50)'. Speak to Aiden Silverwing about the faceguard you found. (0/1) - Plane of Knowledge Aiden Silverwing is located outside the Guild Lobby. You say, 'Hail Aiden Silverwing' Your task 'Lost Heirlooms (Level 50)' has been updated. Aiden Silverwing says 'You've found Corelan's mask! She was my eldest daughter, and a capable explorer as well. She ventured alone into areas few others would go, seemingly unafraid of the dangers that awaited her. She was studying the creatures we now know as Thought Horrors when she fell into a deep chasm after a mis-step crossing an invisible bridge.' If you do not yet have a Silverwing Lockbox in your inventory, you will receive it upon hailing him. Find a shard of power to infuse with Aiden's heirloom. (0/1) - Temple of Droga Loot a Polished Shard from Temple of Droga. Put the faceguard and shard into the lockbox and combine them. Updated, thanks.
I was in Droga last night and saw three of the Silverwing Belts drop, and one Polished Shard. The belts were good enough that all three in my group wanted them, not even knowing there was a quest to make them better at level 60.
Also note that the shards are droppable. I see some Polished Shards in the bazaar for 3400pp and up on EMarr. No Scintillating Shards for the belts, though. :(
