I have my shaman in Trak trying to get the shard and the choker to drop. I went there at lvl 38 and have lvl'd up to 42 while hunting there and have yet to see either a shard or the choker. I've been killing the spectral mobs in the buildings near EJ zoneline. At 38 all the mobs seemed to be either even or yellow cons to me. Now at 42 they are mostly even or dark blue. Seems like kind of high cons for a lvl 30 hotzone but I'm getting good exp, would just be nice if these items would actually drop.
Ironic...I tried doing the first two...and never found any of the shards...looted several of the silverwing items.
Stopped into WW at 28 (Necro) and couldn't find any thing better than a green mob, so I headed out to DS, when I came across the Dalnir zone caves. Wandered back in there and found a few Blue cons, the orange apes thingies, shulkring?. Killed all five of them and looted three of the shards.
Go figure....suppose to be a hot zone for 35 and I'm only 28 and couldn't find any thing better than a few greens and Lt Blues. Did loot the Aug for the zone as well, off of a green giant.
This zone isn't a good hot zone for the level listed...moved onto DawnShroud and man great XP there dinged 30 in a few kills. Lots of Yellows and Dk Blues there, only annoying parts are the wolves and those dang crawlers who blind ya..but pet saves the day then.

I did the first two lost heirloom quests rather quickly. But this one not going too well. I've killed 200-250 mobs in area around Old Sebilis entrance and the choker has not dropped. In that time about 5 shards have dropped.
