This is the first event in the "Vergalid Mines: Vergalid's End" raid task. You can find Nurtha, a maniacal gnome, and her three mechanical contraptions in a chamber a short distance from the zone-in.

You say, 'Hail, Nurtha Frazzlesprocket'

Nurtha Frazzlesprocket says 'I suggest that you leave immediately, _____. I am very busy, as you can see.'

Attack her.

Nurtha Frazzlesprocket says 'Came to pick on a gnome, did you?'

She will run to one of her contraptions, activating it (the order is random).

CWG Gnomework Model XVII: Max hit ~18,000, AE rampages, single-target rampages, enrages, and AEs a mez.

CWG Arachnid Model XII: Max hit ~7,800, AE rampages, AEs a snare/slow/DoT, and spawns chests called 'an old chest' throughout the fight which must be disarmed.

CWG Vermin Model VI: Max hit ~7,000, flurries, enrages, and spawns vermin adds throughout the fight.

Throughout the entire encounter, mechanical contraptions spawn in waves of two. They target a random player in the chamber and detonate, AEing a DD spell coupled with a stun. They can only be killed via the Disarm Trap ability (and only after they've done their emote).

After killing the first clockwork, Nurtha will re-appear and power up a second machine.

Nurtha Frazzlesprocket goes into an evasive stance as she begins to power up her next contraption.

The clockwork will activate after 30 seconds.

After killing the second clockwork, Nurtha will again re-appear and power up the third machine.

Nurtha Frazzlesprocket goes into an evasive stance as she begins to power up her next contraption.

This time, you have 60 seconds. Upon killing the last clockwork, Nurtha spawns at 3% health and attempts to flee. Kill her to complete the event (loot is on her corpse).

The large stone doors in front of you begin to open.

Your task 'Vergalid's End' has been updated.

(Note that if you fail the event, all mobs seem to reset roughly 5-10 minutes after last aggro.)

After you kill the 3rd clockwork Nurtha will not spawn as a corpse, it will spawn as a mob, at low health, you have to beat off a few % before you get the chest/loot, and door to unlock, so be rdy for that.
