As mentioned below, no pet, no familiar, no mobs, only one character at a time near NPC. But you musn't have aura too.
Zio #2: Death Sentence

This solo task involves the non-instanced Silyssar zone and begins with Vizier Zio who is located in the top of the tower at around -2010, -2010 (southeast section of Katta Castrum).
There are no pre-requisites aside from having Silyssar access. On completing the Seeking Revenge task, Vizier Zio said: Vizier Zio says, 'Well done, those three have finally been repaid for their betrayal. Now we must turn our attention to the others that have become [lost] in the habitat.' You say, 'Lost?' Vizier Zio says 'I sent several teams of assassins to go after the conspirators, but they have all disappeared. I shudder to think what fate might befall them there. Go and explore the habitat and find them, even if you only find their corpses.' You have been assigned the task 'Death Sentence'. Vizier Zio has asked you to find three of his people that have disappeared in Silyssar. He believes they could be scheduled for a ritual sacrifice of some kind. You must hurry to save them! Receive the a Vial of thick green fluid. Deliver 1 Vial of thick green fluid to Mordezh 0/1 (Silyssar, New Chelsith) Mordezh can be found in the second pyramid. He is in the first room you pass through as you head down the ramps deeper into the pyramid. Deliver 1 Vial of thick green fluid to Lirzzha 0/1 (Silyssar, New Chelsith) Lirzzha is in second room into the first pyramid. Deliver 1 Vial of thick green fluid to Hi` szhia 0/1 (Silyssar, New Chelsith) Hi'szhia can be found three rooms into the second pyramid. On handing your Vial of thick green fluid to any of these NPCs: ______ looks at you with a blank stare and bloodshot eyes. He appears to be under the influence of some kind of drug or enchantment. You tilt his head back and pour the potion in and watch him disappear. He will then gate away. A new one will respawn in the same place less than 2 minutes later. You will also receive the vial back. Speak with Vizier Zio 0/1 (Katta Castrum) You say, 'Hail, Vizier Zio' Vizier Zio greets you warmly, 'Well done! All of the people I sent into the habitat have been returned safely. You are truly a hero to us all.' When you do your turn-in the room with the NPC has to be cleared and you have to be alone in the room or the NPC will not take it .. that includes group members.

You must have completed the first task "Seeking Revenge" in order to request this.
This is wrong - I was able to get this quest by saying the key word LOST before finishing the 1st task.
