This is worse than the flange failure of five years ago and we all thought in my office that that day was the worst we would ever see! Oh what am I going to do? If it fails it will be a professional failure for me that I could never recover from! I need [help]!'

    Structural Engineer Dewas says 'Oh, would you? Not one of my assistants is brave enough to venture into [Zhisza] and fix the dome before it fails. But you look like a braver sort, do you think you can [do it]?'

    I just did this on Rizlona with a lvl 75 group.

    When you get the update for finding the first 2 cracks 4 mobs will spawn and rush you, when you find the 3rd 8 mobs spawn and rush you.
    It gave me 33 faction with Combine Empire Merchants and a 45 minute replay lockout. I got 60 Orux as well but that number will fluctuate.

    Sorry to tell you that this "Info" costed us 5 deaths!

    FOr anyone trying to try this here some more informious facts:

    We tried it with a group of 4 75's - 2 War, Cle, Dru.

    Everything yellow there .. a few see through invis (also Shissars!). You are almost unable to fight them one for one with such a group, because adds are though wanderer immediatly .. Fightin 1 Shissar costed us almost all mana.

    So either you need MORE on this lvl to do, or some HIGHER.

    Depending on this please overthink doin this quest and sorting your group before tryin it .. 30 min .. perhaps .. but always clarify BEFORE on which facts you do something in e certain amount of time!

    so, this mission was nerved some months ago, but we decided to try it.

    Our group setup was: WAR, MAG, ENC, BRD, DRU, DRU (~ Anguish gear level)

    We started clearing, the animals were indiff, only golems and snakes seeing invis were to be pulled. Then our tank advanced to the structural defect and the 4 Shissars popped up in front or backside of us. PB AE mezz by the Enchanter worked well, the mobs hit for around 1500. We kept the Shissars mezzed and killed them one by one.

    The Shissars are linked to each other and they will patrol and attack if you are in light of sight! The small pyramid near the zonein hut is the zoneout.

    Our reward: 165 Orux!

    lol this was one of the first exploited missions in this expansion when it came out. you never had to kill the mobs to finish the quest. all you had to do was go in with a monk or rogue have them find the cracks and as soon as they found them they were agroed fro ma long range by those mobs, fd or evade. come back and cast on the crack to get the next update, this mission was taking maybe 4 to 5 min a pop and there was no wait timer. we were getting faction and 65 orum a mission, then because we blew it out they reward started going down. none the less it bottomed out , we all got our ally faction in 2 days.

    I wouldn't do this one without CC, but I'm not in a raid guild. The traps are 4 yellow to 75 snakes that hit for 1500 or so on a ~3kAC tank. (half as much as the regular mobs in the zone, but still no fun when you have 4 at once. Okay, KIND of fun, but you know what I mean.)

    You trigger the trap by walking right up to the crack. The mobs don't pop right there - one time they jumped the party while our tank was triggering.

    Animals and bugs are non kos and non social to kos mobs, that helps. We didn't see repops in the time we were there.

    How on earth are you suppose to do this without CC? These definitely cannot be singled. If you can see the mob, it's already too late, they've already agroed and you've already gotten nuked with that FD crap, which is annoying as hell. The reward for this quest needs to be higher or the ambush part needs to be corrected. The mobs that ambush you have an outrageously large agro range. I was 10 miles away and was just about to target them and they friggin agro....WTF? I FDed then left the quest and got reinvited, came back in and still the same ****. WTF? In the end, we gave up and didn't even bother trying.

    I did this on March 17, it gave no faction or orux upon completion. It's a fun mission, but make sure you have CC or you are screwed. The trap mobs have HUGE aggro range and corpse camp.

    After "Finding" the first crack in the dome, a few mobs jump the adventurer(s). At thisa point, the task updates with a requirement to kill 4 mobs. The semi-secret fact of Rogues soloing this was nerfed. A FD class may be able to swing this solo but not a Rogue. The mobs will jump right thru SoS when you "find" (walk across) the crack.
