Horgram says 'I want three strands from the top of Lady Hagbletha's head. Oh she is the fairest of them all! If I could just have some of her hair! Chasing Morky

Okay, I discovered something today that made this quest far easier. When chasing Morky to give him Firin's Bag of Coins, you must have Spirit of Wolf, NOT the Shrew line of spells or you will NOT catch him. Shrew simply is not fast enough. With SoW, you'll overtake him on a straight stretch relatively easily. I didn't realize there was such a difference in run speed between Shrew and SoW but there certainly is. This quest is absolutely worth doing for the free 100% weight reduction bag but I was massively frustrated and unable to catch him with my 46 BL until I switched to SoW. FYI.

Christmas 2006 is not actually a part of the task name -- but the related tasks are as follows:

1) Frostfell - Searching for Clues
2) Frostfell - Saving Santug
3) Upgrading Stockings (get 20% Stocking)

1 leads to 2 which leads to 3.

#3 is not an actual task -- it's more of a quest.

Anyway -- #1 to #3 must be done relatively soon after the task givers appear, as within a week, or you will miss out on them after Santug is saved.

The next ones can be done in any order (or at the same time). just be sure to turn in your Stocking after each one for the upgrades stocking (40&, 60%, 80% and then 100%.

Before you do any of the below, go ahead and trade up your stocking again (40%). Then the remaining tasks are:

Frostfell: A Gift for Tinam
Frostfell: Fireworks
Frostfell: Santug's List

The Frostfell: Fishing for a Feast did NOT allow me a stocking upgrade, so I assume the Chef tasks are not part of the tasks allowed for stocking upgrades.

Not quite correct. The fishing and baking quests are for people who missed the searching for clues and saving santug quests. Those closed early, and were much easier than the fishing quest. However, someone who wants the full 100%, 10 slot stocking, can do the santug's list, the gift for tinam, the fireworks, and the fishing and baking quests, and get a 100% bag.

Naturally, if your bag is already 10 slot - 100%, it won't upgrade further.

Hagbletha is just southwest of the druid circle, nowhere near the LDON camp as the write up says. Loc is -2407, 2325, -4. At least that's where I found her today.

I saved time by fist going to Ebenizer to get started and then did everything backwards. Went to the Firin to get bag of coins for spear from Morky, then gave spear to Firin for his SKIN cape then gave that to Hagbletha for her hair, then gave hair to Horgram for the gem, and finally gave gem to Ebenizer for the Doll. Saves you lots of running back and forth.

I'd like to confirm that the shortcut method does indeed work. This saves you one full round trip across Butcherblock, which is especially nice if you're doing it for a number of alts.

- get task from your local Santug
- BBM Port: get bag of coins from Firin
- (optional): hail Ebenizer and get initial update since he's right there. However, everything works fine if you leave this hail until the end.
- Head to goblin camp and wait for Morky to whiz by. Hail him (he'll stop). Give coins, get spear.
- Back to Firin at port. Give spear, get cape.
- Head for Hagbletha (a little sw of druid rings). Wait if necessary (she roams a short distance up into a small hidden valley South of rings that is easy to miss). Give cape, get hair.
- Head to Horgram (S of LDON camp). Give hair, get gem.
- Back to Dock.
--- Hail Ebenizer for initial update if you didn't already.
--- Give gem, get dolly (gets you a 2nd update, revealing the 3rd task).
- Final (3rd) task: Back to Santug. Give dolly, get Frostfell Tree

- (optional): if u have a Santug's stocking, hand it to a Frostfell Goblin and get an updated version returned to you. If you don't have a stocking, say "stocking" to the Helper and he should give you one. Do more tasks, get bag updated up to 10 slot 100% weight reduction bag.

Actually Steepcurve is correct. The stocking progresses 2 slots and 20% per level. Each is as follows:

Level 1 - 2 slot, 20% weight reduction
Level 2 - 4 slot, 40% weight reduction
Level 3 - 6 slot, 60% weight reduction
Level 4 - 8 slot, 80% weight reduction
Level 5 - 10 slot, 100% weight reduction

Horgram is located at the -2198.76, -2252.55, 51.82; which is just S of the LDoN camp.

Edit to add Hagletha /loc:

-2537.25, 1856.95, 74.69 (near druid ring (SW area of zone)

She stands in a very very secluded spot which is S of the druid ring.

Come to find out she tends to roam, unsure of pathing since I didn't follow her as she was leaving her post.

Edit to add Firin McYorth /loc:
-1111.00, 2886.61, 4.14 ( (base of the middle dock)
