Enter the hive
Enter the central area with the two curved staircases (ignore the outer hallway unless you are just grinding)
Enter the room at the top of the staircases
Take the right hall to the elevator
Take the first elevator up
Go up the ramp
Turn right. Turn right again into the area with the second elevator
Turn right -- watch for various possible adds
Turn left into a circular room lined with bookshelves -- the book is on a small table there
Scout Vreshnar #4: Bee Prepared for War

This task is the fourth in a series of five. Scout Vreshnar may be found at /loc -220, -1710 (a little ways north of the narrow valley that leads into the bixie area of Blightfire). You receive this task upon completion of the previous one, "Plans or No Plans":
Scout Vreshnar cannot make much of the bixie plans that Neauza found, but he does see that the bixies within Stone Hive have been experimenting with new forms of magic and alchemy. It's possible that they could be gearing up for an attack! Venture into Stone Hive and gather some intel on these magical developments. Task updates at /loc -190, -30, 265 (after you get off the elevator to the third floor). At /loc 160, -35, 265 (near the first update location), you will find Alchemist Krizzia. Kill her and loot "Bixie Alchemy Notes". Further into the same room, you'll see a table at /loc -130, -55, 265. On the table is a small bag. Pick it up to receive a "Bixie Potion Bottle" and the task will update. At /loc 95, 75, 290 there is a small table near some bookcases. There is a small bag on top of the table. Pick it up to receive a "Bixie Spellbook" and the task will update. Upon handing in all three items: Scout Vreshnar says 'Indeed, [Juzzulli] The Golden One. I hear she's in charge of directing the magical efforts of the Bixies. Not only that, but she runs their experiments as well! It's likely she is the very one that turned Neauza into a thrall! She sounds rather, erm, scary. Take her out!' The information you've found seems to indicate that there is a single mastermind behind the magical research within Stone Hive. Return to the Hive and find her! You are automatically assigned the final task in the series: You have been assigned the task 'The Golden One'. Find the spellbook 0/1 (Stone Hive)
At /loc 95, 75, 290 there is a small table near some bookcases "There is a small bag on top of the table." It actually looks like a book now.

I guess there is a level requirement for the last stage of this quest. I have handed all the stuff in and when I say "juzzulli" it says you are not the proper level for this quest. I am a 31 druid. Does anyone know the level requirement to finish this quest?
The key to this is use superior camouflage and get up the elevator, camp just inside the elevator entrance Krizzia is right there. She pops every 5 minutes. The potion is towards the back right of the room on a table(if you are facing away from the elevator). The Spellbook is up the 1st winding ramp in front of the camp area travel along the elevated walkway and take your first right. Then take your first right again and you will be in a 2nd elevator area. go to the right and down the hall and the library with the spellbook(looks like a bag) sits on the table. You can do all of this with superior camouflage and they will not see you.
