Left-click the sign called Moors Sign Post at -580, +3220. It reads:
The crossroads sign post reads, ***** Welcome to Blightfire Moors. Stay off the roads at night.***** Below this warning, the post is covered with job offers. You are offered a list of tasks. Accept "Experienced Hunters Needed." A tattered parchment reads... ***** Experienced Hunters Needed! Interested parties should bring 4 giant bog rat pelts and 4 Blightfire snake skins to Trapper Ozzana at the Caravan Outpost in the center of the Blightfire Moors. Any individual who can not meet the above quota need not apply. ***** Deliver 4 Bog Rat Pelt to Ozzana 0/4 - Blightfire Moors Kill several "a giant bog rat" in the nearby area, which commonly drop the pelt. Deliver 4 Blightfire Snake Skin to Ozzana 0/4 - Blightfire Moors Any of several snakes wandering nearby can drop the skin. Hand in the pelts and skins to Ozzana the Trapper at -50, +660. Ozzana the Trapper says 'Hmm, if you managed to gather these rat and snake pelts then you can't be too worthless as a hunter. Here's the reward I promised in my ad. Confirmed, I've done this quest 3 times each with my wizard and my druid. All you have to do to get the quest again after completing it once is click on the sign post again.
This quest is indeed repeatable. Please change "Repeatable:" to Yes.
