Tudor says 'When you get the shuplies, eitser make the drink yourshelf in a brewsh barrel, or give it cho Liviu over there an hesh will make the drinksh for me.'

Up your brewing skills before doing the quest. Otherwise it is nothing more than another time-sink. Making this a part of progression is just more of the waste of time quests that EQ is famous for. And trade-skills are the worst . there is nothing heroic about doing trade skills and even less when your modifying faction to do them.

You do not need to do the combined yourself. In the quest notes, it says that you can give the items to Liviu (standing next to Tudor) and he will do the combined. This worked great for me.

Currently Liviu is not accepting the turn-ins. I tried several times and had it confirmed by a GM this morning.

Getting Liviu to combine the items worked for me just now. I used him for all 4 quests.
