Upon finishing an armor piece task outlined here, you will receive this prompt:

Now, friend, I must ask if you are prepared to go [further] with this experiment and see if we cannot, together, create something truly fantastic?' You say, 'How further?' Tenish says, 'Indeed _____! As you were able to prove that my theory was correct and we were able to harness the power of these ancient artifacts I am now confident enough to attempt the next natural step, to further empower this item! Here is a list of instructions on how we can procede.' Deliver 1 A Tranluscent Powersource to Tenish A Tranluscent Powersource drops from various named mobs in Valdeholm and Vergalid Mines. The A Translucent Powersource can also be found in Ashengate off named mobs.
You are thinking of Large powersources, not the same as normal. Their for the raid variations of TSS armor, different npc entirely.

had 2 translucent powersource and 1 other powersource drop off "The Void" in Valdeholm over 2 hour period. "The Void" spawns down in the pit, opposite side from frostcrypt entrance.
The translucent powersource is needed for the magician robe. Other armor locations require other types of powersources.

Hello;
i have collected item for attuned silk pants and sandals.I have made complete the two task. After completing the first one i received the task for the upgrade of the pants. Then i do the second turn in for the sandals, and i dont have receive the second part of the quest.
Yesterday evening i had completed the part 2 for the pants.
Is there anyway to get the second part for the sandals? because i went back to Tenish and he didn't give me the second part , when i hail him , i have only the task for the first stage....

you are only allowed to have "one" of the armor tasks assigned to you at any given time. So you dont want to accept any of the tasks till you have all items to turn in, or you might get stuck with a partial task.

Just say "further" to Tenish to get teir 2 quests.
