This is the outline for armor tasks offered by Tenish. They can be completed with a single group. These tasks result in armor with stats in the neighborhood of 215-240hp/mana/end. After completing one of these tasks, you can request a task in which you add stat bonuses to your armor piece. That outline can be found here.
Find Tenesh in Crescent Reach at location -1400, -1440, -55 (up a ramp west of the "find-able" Librarian Hemfar). You say, 'Hail, Tenish' Tenish says 'Vasha, Friend! Excuse me if I seem distracted but I was just studying this text on ancient and powerful [artifacts] that Librarian Hemfar has compiled.' You say, 'Powerful artifacts?' Tenish says 'Yes indeed! This entire area is rich with ancient and forgotten magic just waiting to be discovered and harnessed. I believe I have learned how to tap into some of the most powerful traces of magic lingering in this area and use it to imbue ordinary [armor] items with extraordanary properties!' You say, 'What armor?' Tenish says 'Oh, armor of all types! Anything from Platemail to Silk Robes, I believe I have discovered the secret to creating some of the most powerful protective items ever seen on Norrath. The only hurdle I face is I haven't been able to locate any of the [components] that this tome hints at.' You say, 'What components?' Tenish says 'Here, I have prepared a list. If you would like to help me search for the items on this list I would be happy to share the resulting items with you. I assure you, ______, You won't be sorry if you assist me in locating these items!' The following tasks are available, depending on your class (the name of the task is the piece of armor you will receive): Enchanters Attuned Silk Cap Attuned Silk Gloves Attuned Silk Pants Attuned Silk Robe Attuned Silk Sandals Attuned Silk Sleeves Attuned Silk Wristband Magicians Shrouded Silk Cap Shrouded Silk Gloves Shrouded Silk Pants Shrouded Silk Robe Shrouded Silk Sandals Shrouded Silk Sleeves Shrouded Silk Wristband Necromancers Vexed Silk Cap Vexed Silk Gloves Vexed Silk Pants Vexed Silk Robe Vexed Silk Sandals Vexed Silk Sleeves Vexed Silk Wristband Wizards Keeper Silk Cap Keeper Silk Gloves Keeper Silk Pants Keeper Silk Robe Keeper Silk Sandals Keeper Silk Sleeves Keeper Silk Wristband You have been assigned the task '_____'. Tenish believes that he can help you craft new and powerful armors. All you need to do is collect several components and return them to Tenish so he can construct the final item. Tenish believes that you should focus your search far to the North. From what Tenish can gather there are two types of ancient artifacts that he thinks he can use to construct your new armor items. Ancient artifacts have become infused with a magical coating that looks strangely like Frost. Search along the path to the Giant city we have heard rumors of for such artifacts. The ash from a distant volcano has fused itself with other artifacts, lending strange properties to them. Search along the path to this volcano for these artifacts. The molds you will need can be found in the same areas as the artifacts although they may be slightly harder to locate. The local denizens of these areas have become aware of the unique properties of these molds and the most powerful among them may be hoarding them for their own purposes. For the Chest Piece: 4x Frosted Swatch An Ancient Robe Pattern For the Legs Piece: 4x Ash-Covered Swatch An Ancient Silk Leggings Pattern For the Arms Piece: 3x Frosted Swatch An Ancient Silk Armwrap Pattern For the Hands Piece: 2x Ash-Covered Swatch An Ancient Silk Glove Pattern For the Head Piece: 3x Ash-Covered Swatch An Ancient Silk Skullcap Pattern For the Boots Piece: 2x Frosted Swatch An Ancient Silk Boot Pattern For the Wrist Piece: 1x Ash-Covered Swatch An Ancient Silk Bracer Pattern Frosted Swatches drop from mobs in Icefall Glacier and The Steppes. Ash-Covered Swatches drop from mobs in Direwind Cliffs and Sunderock Springs. The molds drop from various 75+ named. Give the required items to Tenash in exchange for your armor piece and completion of the task. Tenish says 'My theory was correct! This is fantastic! Now, friend, I must ask if you are prepared to go [further] with this experiment and see if we cannot, together, create something truly fantastic?' LOL! I can't help but to laugh at this. Minion of Eternity???!!! SOE you're killing me! That's way way before Spire Servant for Pets and this armor is 71? Lol my first Minion of Eternity I got when I was level 60...
OK, just for all those people out there that care what your charecter looks like. The pant pattern on these looks like a pair of shorts and are not able to be dyed any color other than the putrid dirt gold color they come in.
Jeeze Sony , why give the option to dye armor then turn around 2-3 expansions later and give armor we can't dye. Poor planning on developers part, someone must have been on coffee break the day this slipped through the cracks.

same problem with the wizard pants... hideous disgusting shade of green... ugliest things i've seen in a long time... i haven't gotten all the patterns yet but i was not able to change armor dye settings for my gloves while i had them equipped either, even tho it did not show up as green on my character. bleh gayness

I won the roll on the arm pattern today while in a pick up group. I am lvl 67 so as I figured it would not let me do the quest. I think it is really stupid to have a required lvl 71 on armor that can be easily done at 65 with a group. Sony needs to quit being so freakin restrictive on required lvls etc. 71 is a long way from lvl 67, at least for me. I guess by the time the next expansion comes out I might be able to wear these!

Enchanters robe
First I handed in 1+1+1+1 Frosted Swatches, then the An Ancient Robe Pattern. Then I responded to his tells about working further on the robe. That gave the Thought-Attuned quest. I then handed in the Attuned Silk Robe and the power source.
I had all drops prior to starting the quests.
Tenish have 71+ quests tagged over his head.

The quests are level restricted.
I am level 67 and I cannot get the tasks. I get this message after going through the bracketed dialogues:
"I do not have anything for someone with your abilities"

Faction based now? Got all the pieces today for tier 1 turn in and could not turn them in =(
Shouldn't be, I turned my stuff in on the 10th and got new pants. What is your level? Perhaps it was that.
