Atrayan says 'Aye, not many have braved stepping through the portal and fewer still have ever returned. The few that have, reported about the first wild and untamed lands they came across. We have heard others call this Arcstone. Some braver souls, however, have explored this plane deeper and found 'things that should not be', unnatural architecture, strange and magical beings. But you look like you may be of sterner material than the last. We need you to explore this deeper area. Will you dare to [step through]?' You say, 'I will dare to step through.' Atrayan says 'Very well. I bid thee to be ever cautious. As proof of your discoveries, I simply ask for a bit of matter.' You have been assigned the task 'Through the Portal'. Explore the areas beyond the portal and bring back some trinkets as proof of your journey. Take the mystical gate above Atrayan to the wild lands of Arcstone. Then journey across it until you find the portal into Relic. Once in Relic, you will need to explore it and report back to Atrayan. Ok I took the quest because the portal kept saying "perhaps if you had a reason to visit" and denying me entry. I am lvl 68 and the quest says 65 to 70 for crossfire which is the quest i want to do in there. Anyone know why I cannot enter the zone?

Yes, you are at the wrong zone in, the place you are at is entrance to Skylance Instances.
