When you enter the room and get the Find the Halfling update, the following text appears:
Nera leans forward and speaks to the ancient goblin in a voice too quiet for you to understand her words
then when you hail Keentooth:
You say, 'Hail, Keentooth, Tribal Elder'
Keentooth shouts, 'Halt! You have invaded our lands and killed our people. This one here claims that this conflict is a misunderstanding and that peace is possible between your people and the great dragons of this land. I do not believe what she has to say. I do not believe that your people will be able to come forward in peace, nor do I believe that the rage you have caused our masters will ever be soothed. Prove to me that you can come forward in peace. Put away your weapons and all of you come forward with your hands empty and stand between my guards or leave. Those are your choices if you wish to live.
Keentooth, Tribal Elder says 'I knew you could not be trusted! Kill the invaders!'
Nera Goodlocks says 'Bloody fools! I will not have you ruin our chance at peace!'
Then upon slaying Nera:
You have slain Nera Goodlocks!
Your task 'Web of Lies' has been updated.
There is more going on here than you were lead to believe. Speak to the goblin elder Keentooth and learn more before making any rash decisions.
(we did not hail, just left since the task was over, so there may be additional dialogue if you hail him)

It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Pericolo L`Morte (click for map image) in the Dark Reign camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum Level 63 - Minimum "amiable" faction with Dark Reign Hail him to get a quest selection window pop-up. You have been assigned the task 'Web of Lies'. We have learned that some people are attempting to gain an alliance with the goblins that live in the Nest. It seems that they are unhappy with their draconic masters attempt to use them as fodder against our assaults. The faction of fools that is trying to sway them to turn on their masters is telling them that the assaults is entirely our doing and that the Norrathians invading their lands have been urged to do so by us alone! So far the goblins have only allowed one emissary into their lair unharmed, some halfling woman. I guess she's too small to scare them or she smells like pies or something. Regardless of the reason, I need you to go in their and kill her. Them tell these goblins about the deception played on them by these fools. You just have to be convincing enough that the goblins don't kill you before you can get out. We all know that both sides are exploiting the opportunity for new loot and power, but as least we're honest about it. 
Touch the portal to The Nest 0/1 (The Broodlands) The entrance is the dragon portal in the southeastern quadrant of the Broodlands. Find the Halfling 0/1 (The Accursed Nest) This updates around location -2975, 550, -325 (second room from the southernmost room on the map). Here, you'll find the Halfling (Nera Goodlocks), a goblin called "Keentooth, Tribal Elder", and 6x "Flameguard". Nera leans forward and speaks to the ancient goblin in a voice too quiet for you to understand her words. Keentooth shouts, 'Halt! You have invaded our lands and killed our people. This one here claims that this conflict is a misunderstanding and that peace is possible between your people and the great dragons of this land. I do not believe what she has to say. They should be splittable. Kill 1 Nera Goodlocks 0/1 (The Accursed Nest) Nera Goodlocks has been slain by _____! This completes the task. There is more going on here than you were lead to believe. Speak to the goblin elder Keentooth and learn more before making any rash decisions. Despite the task text above, Keentooth the Goblin is in no mood to talk. If you haven't killed him already, you can do so now. Decided to go thru this progression task. Saw nothing on forum so here is what we found out. It starts in Nest instance zone. There are see invis mobs thru out the zone. Follow your map down to the Hatchling room. There the mob you must hail and kill are both there. Hail Keentooth, but be warned that all the mobs will attack. We tried this twice hehe. Second time after hailing we ended up w/all the mobs again. Two 81 mages and a 76 mage did just fine w/out crowd control. After hailing you must destroy Shala Belen. Will recieve 40 Radiant Crystals for this task. Basic information on this. So if your able to group and have crowd control with basic gear... you should be fine.
