Got all three pieces for hand in but ritald will not take them. A GM told me looked into it and said my Faction is to low. How do i get faction with Ritald??

This flags you to start the quest for the epic 1.5 if you don't have Innoruuk's Curse (epic 1.0).
Find Ritald in Dulak's Harbor at -470, +135. You say, 'Hail, Ritald' Ritald says 'Greetings, dark one. Do you feel it? I am sure you do. Innoruuk's voice is so distant now. His voice is merely a whisper. This disturbs me greatly. How will the evil ones do their master's bidding without his dark guidance? I fear the end is almost near for true champions of darkness such as yourself. We cannot let that happen! I believe I know of a way to slow down the diminishing of our master's voice. There is a sword of great evil. It is however not of this world. I believe I can summon it to this plane of existence, but I will need several items first. Will you [take on this task]? Your future and the future of all our dark brethren depends on obtaining this sword!' You say, 'I will take on this task.' Ritald says 'Excellent. There is no time to waste. The first item I need is an ancient flamberge of hatred. I believe a trollish pirate named, Captain Varns, here in Dulak's Harbor is in possession of one. Destroy him and return this item to me. The second item is an essence of hate. You should be able to find such an essence in the Plane of Hate. The last item I need is a stormborn phylactery. You should be able to find one in the Plane of Storms. When you have all these items, hand them to me so that I may begin the summoning of the sword.' The Ancient Flamberge of Hatred does indeed drop from Captain Varns, who may be found at the end of the caves in Dulak's Harbor (location 2360, -1240). He has ~200k hp, hits for a max ~1,900 and procs Reckless Mutterings and Nightmare Statis. Loot the Ancient Flamberge of Hatred. The Essence of Hate drops from Overlord R`Gahbsa or the Mistress of Malevolence in the Plane of Hate. (They are single-groupable). The Stormborn Phylactery drops from Olidan, a level 70 ocean giant in the Plane of Storms. He hits for 1600, rampages and enrages. (You'll need a raid force for this one). Bring all three pieces back to Ritald: DO NOT HAIL him or you might get bugged Ritald says 'You have done well. The flamberge you have brought to me will act as a vessel for the summoning of the sword. The essence of hate will help generate hatred needed to fuel the summoning, and the phylactery should hopefully help contain that hate to be used in the summoning.' Ritald holds the flamberge above his head with both hands and begins to chant. Dark storm clouds gather overhead as a flash of lightning momentarily blinds you. When you regain your sight, Ritald holds the summoned sword of Innoruuk's Voice. 'I [have done it]!' You receive a non-functional version of Innoruuk's Voice. You say, 'You have done it?' Ritald says 'This sword known as Innoruuk's Voice emanates great evil. It should help to generate enough evil to sustain the mysterious powers that make one a shadowknight. It is not at full power yet however. I am now trusting you to take this sword and help to recover its full power. You will be its new champion. Take it to Sienn Kastane in the Plane of Knowledge. I believe she should be able to help you with returning the sword to its full power.' Congratulations, you have completed the pre-quest. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Ritald's Loc is -472.11, 136.62, 5.08 remember you have to hand all three quest items in at once to obtain innoruuk's voice.

hits for 1300 some, warrior got hit by 1200 some but has a certain degree of shielding% .... i heard initially he hit harder but they weakened him later on.
also initially he dropped a chest, imo after weakening him they decided chest was overpowered. chest is gone now.

This seems easy enough... This is actually better than trying to get Cazic Thule to spawn... been like 2 months and havent found him pop, and cant get a blade of abrogation... think ill just do this and get my 1.5....

Get the soul leech off of one of the golems.
Terror is soloable, so usually permacamped, but the sword drops often off the three of them. The camper would most likely let you have it.
Abrogation can drop off any island. Most common on pegasus isle, but easiest if you log in, look at the princess on the first isle, and see if she is wielding it.

I know it's a year after, but I'd like to point out that the Golems and Cazic-Thule's corpses lock to the player that engaged them first, and no matter how much time passes one cannot loot from them unless they were in the original group that killed the Golem (Adding after the kill doesn't count, have to be in the group when the golem dies).
ive heard that you cant have aggro and it will allow you to loot. but yea, i got gayed and wasnt able to drop one of TWO golem swords that dropped because i had aggro. hate to have found it was "group locked"
and that group lock thing wouldnt make sense tho, considering when this zone first came out (and after revamsps) there wasnt a "raid" function in EQ.
