Norrath's Keepers: Holy Hour

It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Bianca Galbraith (click for map image) in the Norrath's Keepers camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum Level 59 - Minimum "amiable" faction with Norrath's Keepers Hail her to get a quest selection window pop-up. You have been assigned the task 'Holy Hour'. We've heard that there is a ritual performed every day on the Thundercrest Isles. It's some sort of worship of Yar`Lir and just about every being on Thundercrest is forced to attend. They say that their combined prayer and worship helps to keep their mistress calm and any day that they do not hold this ritual terrible storms rage across the floating islands, often hitting the Broodlands as well. We've heard that many of the goblins working on Thundercrest were sent there as much to take part in this ritual as to do labor. We want you to prevent or disrupt the ritual today so that our agents can use the cover of a storm to do some work. When you are ready, go to the Broodlands and find a way into Thundercrest. We need you to stop the residents from getting across the bridge to the place they call the Halls of History where this worship takes place. Note: This group mission scales to your group's level. The highest is 68+, outlined here. Touch the portal to Thundercrest Isles 0/1 (The Broodlands) The entrance will be marked on your compass (entered in the northwestern part of the Broodlands). Prevent at least fifty worshippers from attending the ceremony 0/50 (Thundercrest Isles) Kill any 50 mobs in the zone. Note that you may be on a timer. Upon the last kill, the task completes: That worked out well! While you were up there beating up her worshipers, Yar`Lir raised a ruckus down here. Our people were able to do their work unnoticed. Upon zoning in, the task updates to instruct you to kill 50 worshipers. Kill 50 mobs in the zone to win. I didn't bother with strategy, just roamed around the zone until I had a sizable train, killed it, and repeated for a win. If you're doing the task at a level where it will present some form of challenge, just set up shop where posters have suggested and kill what comes to you as fast as you safely can.

Its been a long time since i have tried any DoN stuff but i recently leveled an encahnter on one of my accounts and i wanted to get the aa's from doing DoN progression. So anyway i try this task after beating creator. I went to sit in front of the bridge where they go. Like darmonaro posted they go to the north western island. There is a door blocking it that if the npcs get to they count as making it through. When i pressed against the door both my monks lvl 80 aura Master Aura some how crossed the bridge along with my shaman and enchanters pets. I thought it was very odd. It must be a bug but my pets are gone. I clicked aura again and again and i got a message saying Masters Aura passes the barrier and crosses over the bridge. Im also fairly certain that you don't need to kill just the specific mobs that are coming to cross the bridge. Killing any mob in the zone updates the task. You gotta prevent at least 50 worshippers from attending the ceremony is the 2nd step of the task.
Daleyn Spiritshadow is quest giver for Dark Reign. Same exact text as Bianca Gailbraith. Reward for Dark Reign version is 45 Ebon Crystals for a level 70 average group and DR Token.
Mobs are mainly migrating to the NW island. Setup camp near the bridge and tag each mob as they walk along. If you have high enough DPS you can probably sit on the path and just kill as they come. If not find an open spot away from the path and pull. Number of mobs walk in groups of 2 or 3 and sometimes singles.
Pretty easy mission but the thought of killing things that are just going to worship (or church) is kinda wierd thought.

Most have amiable faction. I could get it at 68.

This mission is time sensitive. If you dont kill fast enough the mobs will migrate off the island and you will get a message sayin somethin to the eefect of .. to many worshipers have left the island not enough remain on the island to complete your mission.
Need Dps and a lot of it to get this mission done.
