No need to search for Frogluk Raider, if it exists. Kill any of the Frogluks in the outpost for the Collector's Nohope Moss.
Also, there is a trick to getting the wing in BW, I've done this quest for a total of 18 toons on several servers and after figuring out the trick I can loot the wing in a few kills. Even proved this with a small group of low level peeps who were attempting to complete the quest.
I'd tell ya, but that would spoil it for those of us who know. If you're on Brell and see me in BW send a tell, I will show you were and how to get the wing.
