Norrath's Keepers: Lavaspinner's Locals

It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Boldger Bristlebeard (click for map image) in the Norrath's Keepers camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum level 55 - Minimum "apprehensive" faction with Norrath's Keepers Hail him to get a quest window pop-up. You have been assigned the task 'Lavaspinner's Locals'. We could use some assistance in obtaining a few specimens from the nearby area called Lavaspinner's Lair. Please explore the lair and bring back some ionized ore, drake wings, and magma carapaces for our research purposes. Note: This group mission scales to your group's level. The highest is 68+, outlined here. Touch the cave entrance to Lavaspinner's Lair 0/1 (The Broodlands) This will be marked on your compass (far southern instance entrance). Defeat drakes to obtain the rare minerals needed from the area 0/15 (Lavaspinner's Lair) Defeat dervishes to obtain the rare minerals needed from the area 0/15 (Lavaspinner's Lair) Defeat spiders to obtain the rare minerals needed from the area 0/15 (Lavaspinner's Lair) Loot drake scales from drakes for research purposes 0/5 (Lavaspinner's Lair) Loot ionized ore from dervish for research purposes 0/5 (Lavaspinner's Lair) Loot magma carapace from lavaspinners for research purposes 0/5 (Lavaspinner's Lair) You need to kill 15 of each: - Drakes - Dervishes - Lavaspinner spiders You need to loot five of each: - Drake Scales - Ionized Ore - Magma Carapace Make your way back to the entrance with your specimen 0/1 (Lavaspinner's Lair) You have done well. The items you have gathered will help us learn more about the area. We tried clicking everywhere within 100 steps of the entrance to Lavaspinner's in both Broodlands and Lavastorm. The mission never counted the first step, so we couldn't do any more.
