 Completion of this quest will grant you access to the Temple of Marr (AKA Halls of Honor B) without going through the three raid trials.

Find Minok Targsk located at -220, -1400 in Halls of Honor.

You say, 'Hail, Minok Targsk'

Minok Targsk says 'Who defines the lines of being right or wrong? When a good man is under pressure he sometimes makes bad choices. Should this man not be forgiven or should he be judged to be wrong for the rest of his life? It's just not right. [Grenic] should be allowed back into the halls as he once was.'

You say, 'Who is Grenic?'

Minok Targsk says 'Grenic Drere was the man who saved my life. We fought together in the battle of Amn`Oren. Grenic lost sight of our objective for a second and killed innocent people rather than making them prisoners. Mithaniel Marr banished him from the Halls of Honor. Grenic has asked me for a favor to try and find an alternate way into see Mithaniel Marr. I hid pieces of a [map] that I had drawn up around here but the other guards have been keeping a close eye on me.'

You say, 'What map?'

Minok Targsk says 'I had a well drawn map of this place. It was so good that I tore it into four pieces and hid it. If that map fell into the hands of the enemy it could mean destruction. I need help collecting the map. Will you [help] me out _____?'

You say, 'I will help you out.'

Minok Targsk says 'I hid each section in the four corners of the Halls. Collect them and bring them back to me.'

You will need to find and kill four named mobs in the Halls of Honor. Reports indicate they have average hps, summon, do not see invis, and can hit from 1000-1650. Each of them holds one piece of the map:

Valorian Guardian Kreike may be found at -1800, -1360 and drops - Bottom Left Section of a Map.
Valorian Guardian Breiok may be found at +1180, -1925 and drops - Bottom Right Section of a Map.
Valorian Guardian Ralthin may be found at +1970, -1225 and drops - Top Right Section of a Map.
Valorian Guardian Florik may be found at -1050, -550 and drops - Top Left Section of a Map.

Give the four parts of the map to Minok Targsk:

Minok Targsk says 'Thank you for helping me assemble the map, it was quite detailed and displayed a secondary entrance to Mithaniel's temple, which you may use as your entry point.'
You gain experience!!

To complete the flag, zone into the Temple of Marr via the second entrance located south of the main entrance to HoHb. It is an electric fence that you click on, just like the main entrance.

Note: This quest flags only one person in the group - the person doing the hand in.

Completed this one today. I tried giving him for four maps but he just gave them back with no response. I tried to hail him then but he wouldn't knowledge my hails. I had to stand right on top of him before he would response. After responding to his dialogs he then accepted the maps and I was gained access. He was indifferent to me as well as the guards inside HoH B, good thing though you zone in right on top of them. :)

what are the respawn rates on the valorian guards?

I figured the mobs were a static spawn, as it turns out you might have some PH killing to do. I can confirm all 4 locs are correct however.

PH's and Guards are on a 20 minute respawn timer, so bring a book.

After zoning into HoHB, I went and talked to the Seer, it turns out this alt access quest does NOT flag you for the HoH trials. At this point I see no real reason for the quest at all as I'll have to do the trials anyway now to get my full elemental access.

I have everything i need to get to solro tower, and in terms of planar progression this does not seem to count. Killed Lmm tonight. ALl i miss for EP is Agnarr and villagers and maidens. If this was to bypass villagers and maidens, i should have normal planar progression solro access but the story dorf does not accept it nor is the seer able to unlock my MM flag.

Completed this quest today and can confirm that it works, succesfully zoned into the temple

Thanks to seqince for the last loc! :)

All four mobs easily duoed with a mage and the help of a chanter slowing with out charm pet.

LOC's of ones i have found so far
Valorian Guardian Kreike is -1800, -1360.
Valorian Guardian Ralthin 1970, -1224
Valorian guardian Florik -1050, -550
Still can't find Breiok, have been told he spawns in bottom left basement.

Max hit was 1650 on a 70 ranger, WoS geared, but didn't hit often at all. Very easy mobs with a shammy slowing.

Seems the mobs that drop the map parts are level 72. They were hitting me for 1650 max, but were slowable.

Minok Targsk will not axcept the four peices of the map from me and when hailed he responds with "Mithaniel Marr has fallen? We need to get word to Frenic quickly. Inside the Plane of Valor you will find a contact in the guard camp. Speak with Guardian Reloios and he will get you to Grenic." I have AD flag and LMM flag already but trying to get HoHb flag through this alt quest. Has anyone been able to finish the quest? and if so what do i need to do? Also the Minok Targsk i spoke with is blue to lvl 66 not lvl a lvl 70 mob.

This quest is intended for people who have not yet killed Lord Mithaniel Marr. If you have already killed LMM, then you cannot do this quest.

Instead, there is another quest that allows you to bypass the earlier flags along the Mithaniel Marr chain. As Minok tells you, you have to go speak to Guardian Reloios. I do not know if this other quest is solved yet.

I read your post and looked into it. I ended up killing the 4 72'ish mobs in Valor, handing in thier eye's to Reloios and got what seemed regular HoH access. Not HoHB.

Since this flag doesn't get you into the next zone, but only into HoH temple area, I think it may be acceptable in planar progession. It is the alternate flags for entrance into a new plane that are unacceptable for the Planar Progression quest to get to elementals and time. Can anyone verify this?

The spawn rate of the Efrit in West Wastes, for access to SolRo Tower, is one hour. How fast do these new guards spawn?

(Would a full group farming this key get one key per hour?)

If each of the named mobs is the same as the one at T-1 camp (located in hallway to the right on the way to SE basement), then the mob can be duo'd. Myself (67 Shaman) and a 67 SK, both VT with some EP gear easily did one of them. Applied debuff, slow, Q'd the SK, then dotted, dotted, dotted, dead named mob.

I've heard (not how reliable a statement starting "I heard" is...) that the HoH trials/alternate access are Not part of planar progression. The explanation I was told is that only killing MM in HoHb is required, and whether you're flagged into HoHb or piggied in makes no difference.
