Verow will only talk to you if your faction is "warmly" or higher; however, you can do the turn-in at any faction level (max KOS included).
You say, 'Hail, Verow' Verow says 'Greetings. I am Verow, the last of Clan Aru'Shar. My clan name was once spoken as a title of dignity and honor in Dranik. Have you heard of my kin? No, of course you haven't. Clan Aru'Shar is no more. The [bloodline] dies with me.' You say, 'What bloodline?' Verow says 'The Aru'Shar clan lived for hundreds of generations. . . until Mata Muram gathered the nobles and sent them on a death march across Kuua. I was but a hatchling then and escaped only because my ankles were small enough to squeeze out of my manacles. The rest of my [kin] were not so lucky.' You say, 'What kin?' Verow says 'Several other nobles gave me chance to slip away by pretending to collapse from weariness.' Verow bows his head slightly. 'I never had a chance to thank them for their help. It shames me to know that their [crests] are still in the possession of the Muramites.' You say, 'What crests?' Verow says 'The members of each noble house wore an insignia crest on the clasp of their cloaks. The ikaav stole these crests when the march began, stripping us of our heritage. If you can find these ikaav and return with the crests of my kin, it would honor the memory of my lost clan. I cannot offer much, but the few dragorn that still remember the noble clans will be in your debt.' A "Stolen Dragorn Clan Insignia" drops from random mobs in Nobles' Causeway. Give one to Verow. Verow says 'I recognize this crest! Thank you, ______. The dragorn noble clans may be lost and scattered, but with your help they may at least be remembered. Please return to me if you find any more.' Your faction standing with Dranik Loyalists got better. (+5) Your faction standing with Overlord Mata Muram got worse. Insignia dropped off trash in MPG too. Not sure which mob dropped it, but, we were farming signets there when we got it.

Verow's Loc is +1364,-240 on the edge of the plains area.
This location does not exist, unless you managed to get yourself buried 60 feet into a mountain to find him.

You don't need good faction to do this quest. I was able to do this quest at "glares threateningly" faction.
Aye you need warmly faction for him to talk to you but you can do the quest at Max KoS

Know it gives faction and has been marked solved but has anyone tried to turn in more then one at a time to see.
The armor quest remind me of the good ole noob armor quest - this one reminds me of the CB belt turn in.
Just curious.
PS It does use the plural - dont want to give SOE too much but that why I ask

I have one not sure where I got it but will try and save up 4 and turn in. I agree it seems like you need to turn in more as he wants "crests" and says return to me if you find "more" and says he cannot offer "much". Nothing but faction doesn't make sense to me for this quest.
faction is the reward... and this faction is nice to have, considering the simply amazing armor quests available on this faction...
however, like most of the single-item-turn-in-for-faction quests... the hit is minor

Kill subjugated stoneworker in bloodfields and it dropped one. The particular stone worker I killed is the ph for The Heavy Burdened Golem

Insigna's drop from Dragorns in different zones. From Ruined City the mob is Dragorn Prodigy.
I've also had Insigna's drop in Muramite Proving Grounds, Draniks Hollow Murklider Cave, Wall of Slaughter.

Those would be the *signets* for a Riftseeker's quest...he said the Ikaav have the the Insignias...those would be the half-snake women...
