Roagar Far`Huin is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.

Roagar Far`Huin will ask for three Flawed Emeralds and a pair of Unadorned Chain Vambraces.

Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.

Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive Sleeves of Fire's Fury, experience and faction.

Need all dialogues, /loc of quest mob, current faction hits.
