 Contact Kogna and Guntrik in the warriors guild of Oggok. You can talk to Kogna first and tell him you are a mighty warrior of the guild he will mention something about the Noble Hunters of Humans and Elves, but you can skip this part and go directly to Guntrik who is also in the warrior guild hall.

You say, 'Hail, Guntrik'

Guntrik says 'Mmmph!! Who you? Oh, you Lias. You supposed to be promising Craknek. Me need you. There bad things in swamp. You want [help Crakneks] or you [want Guntrik bash your face]!!?'

If you want Guntrik to bash your face he will oblige. And he hits VERY hard...

You say, 'me wanna help crakneks'

If your faction (which faction?) is indifferent or better Guntrik says 'Go to swamps. Find noble hunters of humans and elves. All have house crests. Return to me and I give things. If you find special item says where hunters sleep, give to me. If meat founded then give to Clurg's cook. She make fine stew and give coins for meat.'

The nobles are easy to find. They tend to hang out right in front of Gukk, and terrorize the newbies in Innothule Swamp. They are around levels 14 - 17.

Guntrik says 'One less trouble. Hunhuh!! You do good work. Keep up. Remember to bring any special things to Guntrik. Here junk for good work. Go away now.'

Returning a crest will get you a random item such as a bronze axe, and occasionally even a nice item (such as a crude stein).

NOTE: You get negative faction hits with humans for killing the nobles. You can raise your faction with the Lizard meat, and lizard tail quests.

If you find any high elf meat or human meat, give it to Chef Dooga.

Inside one of the inns in Rathe Mountains at LOC pos3940, neg1370 (near hill giant area / paladim camp) a string of these nobles is perpetually cycling. One of the NPCs spawns, if left unagro'd for a couple minutes it despawns and is immediately replaced with another NPC. Cycle is random, the namers do not appear to spawn in any recognizable pattern. The namers include:

Fandl Arathin
Gwynn Marthank
Hogus Durmas
Jars Legola
Jyle Windstorm
Peltin Funter
Rell Ostodl
Sir Edwin Motte
Sylp Tyanathin
Tann Cellus
Zepin Winsle

I assume these were all the Nobles that used to spawn in Innothule just outside Guk (before the whole Guktan/Troll war). Apparently relocated to Rathe afterwards. Seems they all drop Noble's Crests, and can also drop flesh used in the HEHE Meat quest.
