Trelli Steelswinger, the Dwarf Berserker Guildmaster, is who you turn Soul Rage armor in to. She is located in the SouthEast most building on the good side of Plane of Knowledge.

She did not respond when I asked "What Armor?". I conned indiffernetly to her. When I hailed her:

Trelli Steelswinger says " I won't do anything to aid the likes of you Wood Elf."

Nonetheless, she still accepted the armor and said:

Trelli Steelswinger says "This looks good, thank you (name).

It seems that Fine Insidious for Enchanter 1.5 prequest drops more frequently than normal Insidious. Fine Insidious cannot be turned in for xp/gems in POK.

Trelli Steelswinger is the GM for Berserkers who you turn the berserker PoF gear into.

Did this quest last night for the first time after spending my first long duration single group exp tour in PoH. Had around 12 pieces of hate armor drop and was able to turn them all in except for some fine insidious enchanter armor that no enchanter guildmaster will take, oh well. I am lvl 54 and had 10% exp designated to AA and recived substantial exp and aa exp for my turn ins. Got almost a half aa and a whole yellow section of regular exp. Love it, now just need ot figure out what to do with that darn fine insidiouse chanter armor.

My share from a venture in Plane of Hate was a
Tainted Darksteel Breastplate. No drop. Everything
fits for being in this category, except that I have
no idea where to turn it in. Think I've offered it to
every gm in PoK, always rejected. Any ideas?

Seems the Enchanter part is broken. No Enchanter will except thier pieces at the moment and as im getting more of those than anything else at mo, is a bit maddening

Although she didn't seem to want to talk to me, I turned in some Shadow Rage Boots to Trelli Steelswinger for exp, etc.

at 55 gives about 1% normal exp per turn in.. mostly returns diamonds of different kinds and peridots..

I did 10 turn ins and got back
3 blue diamonds
1 raw diamond
1 diamond
5 peridots

just turned in a cleric leg piece and shammy leg piece at lvl 58 all xp going to AA and got 1 blue total for both.. got a peridot for cleric legs and blue dimond for the shammy leggs..

Turned in three pieces of Imbrued (bard PoH armor) today. I'm level 55 and had 100% of my XP going into AA. This is what I got:

Bracer: 3 blue notches of AAXP and a Peridot.
Helm: 3 blue notches of AAXP and a Raw Diamond.
Legs: 3 blue notches of AAXP and a Peridot.

So it looks like the EXP/gem you get aren't related to the type of piece... the EXP is constant and the gems random.

I also think this is a very nice idea... way back when, these items were quite decent, and many people put in a lot of effort to try to acquire them. It would be a shame if they were to become completely useless. I only hope they implement a similar system for now-useless PoH/PoF class-specific drop weapons... I still have the 8/23 Martune Rapier and 11/25 Evensong rotting in my bank... and really, those were crappy even back when I first got them.

Here is the who who and the what what "I think"

I did this quest a few min ago and this is my take on the thing.

1. You have to talk to the proper class master for each class. Druids armor needs to go to druids, Shaman to Shaman, so on and so forth.
2. You can't give an item that is not wearable by that class to a different class. So if you have a druid armor you can not give it to the shammie class master.
3. Before you do the hand in talk to the class master to make sure your handing in the right item. "/say What Armor" they will respond with the exact name for the type. For Vermiculated the class master will ask for Vermiculated armor. For the Greenmist you have to turn it in to the Iksar SK. The others will not take it. So this leads me to believe the following. If your going to hand in the armor you need to look at the Class Masters race and class. If that combo can ware the armor then they will accept it from you.
4. From what i can also tell the more a race combo that your turning into would like your race combo the better the gem. What i mean is I turned in to a woodelf druid got a diamond. Turned in to a darkelf rogue got a perdot. Did the turn in to a barb beastlord got a raw diamond. So take that at face value.

This is a nice quest for exp if your 46-53 If your higher than this make sure your set to 100 pct aa's for the best results, as the xp is ok to good from 46-53. After that is is not that good.

Odd...

Hubby just turned in Insidious Gloves to Phantasmist Abaur (the one on the good side)

He got the messages "these will do nicely" or some such and got exp (not mesurable exp in 56)

But he didn't get ANY gem. Nothing.

Is this standard or a bug?

This is a good solution to all that armor rotting on hate and fear raids , plus getting rid of unused items in bank. thanks verant very good idea.

Is there anywhere to hand in old Thurg Armor?

I got a new belt for my druid and the Dwemvenorine Garland or whatever it's called is a class specific fear planar armor and yet it's not included in the quest :(
