Judging from how long I waited for the stone to pop and the estimate of when he picked it up by the frog who got it before me, it seems to be about a 3.5 hour spawn time for the waterstone.
Now if I could just find the other 2 spawns...

You say, 'Hail, High Seer Flogk' High Seer Flogk seemingly ignores Narom, while reveling in the miracle of Marr's, blessing then turns to listen. High Seer Flogk says 'Greetings there, young initiate! It is good that you have come to see me again. I have been following your progress through the tasks that you have been sent on, and I must say, you make a very promising young soldier. It is nearing the time that you venture out into the world on your own, for purposes of exploration, and to serve the Guktan Army. As this time grows near, it also is time to begin your induction as a young soldier. One of the last remaning tasks you must complete is to venture out into the swamp, as well as our home of old, and retrieve for me several items that I require. Are you [ready for this task]? You say, 'I am ready for this task' High Seer Flogk seems to look into the distance, but suddenly blinks as Narom unapologetically interrupts this silent meditation. High Seer Flogk says 'I thought you might be, in fact, I had hoped so. This task that I have for you will gather the components that I require to create a soulstone for you. The soulstone is one of our means of identification, and is actually infused with your aura during the creation process. The soulstone is unique to you, and will be used throughout your training. Now, enough chatter, the components I requre are a polished waterstone, sparkling dust, and a vial of swampwater. When you have located these items, give them to me, and I will combine them to make the stone, and upon successful creation, I will give you further instructions. Turn in the polished waterstone, sparkling dust, and a vial of swampwater you receive the soulstone. Actually the soulstone can be done by all classes not just Wizard, it's just our friendly Wizard community is faster at posting the the rest of us, I am working on this with my froggy cleric now.

I have turned in the groundspawn swamp water , a cracked aquamarine, and a lightstone, I received the you have done a good jod know combine this item in the oven with your brooch. But the quest giver did not give me anything as the quest is possible broken. I play on the test server.
Where did you find the Vial of Swampwater? a zone and loc would sure be nice to know!

I've found the Polished Waterstone. It is found in Upper Guk. Not too far into the zone is a semi-circular wooden plank. Jump into the middle of it and you'll find the waterstone (looks like a bag) under the water. I've been told that the other two are bugged. (GM told another player) There are bags in Innathoule and S Ro both at loc 0,0 that cannot be picked up. Hope they fix it soon.

I'm actually the person that sent this quest in, and I haven't figured it out yet either, my frog is a wizard so he couldn't track...so I have been looking around on my druid...naturally enough, Menolas heh. Anyways, I haven't been able to find ANYTHING...no weird mobs that drop anything special...I've killed ALL the named people countless times with nothing but their actual quest items...so the only thing I can assume is that they are ground spawns somewhere, but the question is where...i've even checked in uguk (i'm guessin that's their old home, i think it is at least!) and I haven't seen any new mobs and i've killed quite a few swampwater crocs and haven't gotten anything but gator meat...so I don't know what to do...if anyone could help then reply! :D

The one in Upper Guk is groundspawn, so probably the others are too. As mentioned in another post, there is a bag on the ground at 0,0 in Innothule (under water) and South Ro, neither of which can be picked up. I read on another site that on Test, the one in Innothule can now be picked up and is moved to near one of the trees just outside of Guk (the vial of swampwater). SO I imagine after the next patch we might be able to finsih this. I also read (where DO people get this information??) that you combine the result with the Initiate medalion you got i the first noob quest to make a Charm slot item. I guess we'll see, eventually.

Has anyone ever completed this quest? Where are these components located? I know there is a summoned waterstone but I dought this is the item the guy is looking for. Does anyone have any ideas about this quest?
