Start off by attacking Baraguj Szuul. When you do this, you will be teleported into his stomach. Mobs will come in waves until you reach the Unimaginable Horror. Kill the horror and you will be teleported back outside where you can attack and kill Baraguj. Killing him gets you a container called the "Mouths of Baraguj Szuul."
Into the container, you need to put the following, which all drop in this Plane: Orb of Anguish Orb of Agony Orb of Pain Orb of Suffering Combining them gets you the key to Saryrn's chamber. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I went in Torment alone (75 Paladin, 1300 AA, Anguished geared, 3K AC, near 18K self-buffed).
I had no issues at all, even when I got 4 and 5 MOB's at a time.
First I camped the Orbs and then went for Baraguj. It didn't hurt that a lot of the MOB's are undead.
Upon attacking Baraguj, I was immediately transported into his stomach.
I fought my way down to The Unimaginable Horror. I had no trouble with him at all. He just took longer to kill.
The MOB invisible MOB that attacks you afterwards, and ports you back out to the bottom of the tower, is called An Unseen Sentry, and was a light blue con at Level 75.
Upon engaging Baraguj (now in the bottom room of the tower), I managed to get him to about 10% before I ran out of juice.
I used my discs, Group Heal AA, Single target Fast heal, Heal Potions, Steadfast Servant, LoH, defensive Vet AA's and Def. Disc....
Had I waited for Holy Forge to pop before I engaged him... and remembered to use Steafast Recovery, I know I would have beat him.
However, he has a LOT of HP. Take a slower or a healer and you will be fine, I think.

I've been on a bender lately to get as many keys on the ring as possible, and even though I've got no real use for Saryn's key, still it needed to be there.
Effortlessly, I breezed through the stomach. When it came time for the final Baraguj, I thought might as well bring out my beastlord. Knowing PoP, I expected Baraguj to have a load of hps, might as well get him slowed and throw a pet on him as well. So glad I made that decision! Mr. Szuul flurries constantly and I was shocked at his damage output. Beast slow was resisted repeatedly but eventually did stick. Full attack debuffs from the druid and still the beast was taking a severe beatdown. I have strong doubts I could have taken him down with only the druid. I expected he would be tough, but no way did I expect the asskicking that ensued :)

from here head to:
Avatar of Pain (-500,-450) From Av. of Anguish, go south a short distance. At the "T" intersection, make a left (East), take right curve (facing south now). At next Intersection, take right (west, only way you can go), at end of straight-a-way there is a curve left (south) just past this is the building with the Avater of Pain in it.
Once dead, take the path (either on right or left side of the Pain's room and move south, shortly it will curve right (west)
Go past the 2 "T" intersections, (one can go left and the next can go right) in the building next is the
Avatar of Suffering (-500,+500)
From him, back up to the last intersection you went past, and take in North (left), go throught the next 4-way intersection, and
Avatar of Agony (+500,+500) will be in the next pit area in the right room.
Buragaj is in his tower that you get to by taking the south "T" intersection between Pain and Suffering Avatars. you follow a path up the tower that starts on the left side of his building.

Made for a long and creepy night as we sat in not-so-pleasant room wondering what to do.
All-in-all, a semi-fun zone with so-so experience and no loot. Can't wait to kill Saryrn and get out of there.
