You say, 'I have come seeking training as a shadowknight' Unmuz Tukore says 'We Scourge Knights of the Bloodsabers, often refered to a shadowknights by those less knowledgeable of our sect, are gifted by Bertoxxulous with the prowess in combat and powers over the spirits and bodies of the dead. It is through discipline, training, and devotion to the Plague Lord that we are granted our powers. You must first equip yourself with a [suit of armor] to defend you in battle from the weapons of our [enemies].' You say, 'What suit of armor?' Unmuz Tukore says 'Take this note to Wellis Pestule. Unmuz Tukore says 'The Knights of Thunder, the order of paladins loyal to Karana, the Storm Lord, have been paying close attention for signs of us Bloodsabers in the streets of Qeynos. By orders of Antonius Bayle knwn disciples of the Plague Lord are to be executed by the Knights of Thunder. A particular knight, Grennet Stormhands, has recently discovered the loyalties of a Bloodsaber member that held a valuable position among the merchants og Qeynos. Grennet is to be hunted and slain for our loss. Find this Knight of Thunder and bring me his head.' Grennet Stormhand spawns next to the outer wall between the entrance to Qeynos and the Hidden Wall that has the well leading to the Qeynos Aqueducts. He cons yellow at level 12 and doesn't turn even till 15. He is known to double attack and cast lay on hands once during the battle. You slash Grennet Stormhand for 20 points of damage. Now that Grennet Stormhand has become a task master, how do we complete the SK nOOb quest? Since you can't kill him, getting his head will be a problem. No-one in-game can or will answer this question, so unless the quest is updated with a new victim, we're buggered eh?
(this has been repeated in the quest, item, and beastary spots, will pull the other two down once one is replied to)

SK Noob Quest 1st off The Restless Skells in QH drop the Decaying bone parts , but at a slow rate and thay drop faster at night. However if you can the drop is faster at the undead camp near the wattor by N. Karana zone line in Western Karana from the Solder Skells.
While geathering these in QH keep your eys open for a giant King Snake youll need its skin for the weapon part of quest. and youll need the head of Grennet Stormhand, he can be found in N. Q by the QA zone by outter wall. It may help to get a ranger or druid that can trak to help you locate a Giant king snake in QH, if not,I found mine at the town cryer next to bank, so check shops.
Gray Wolves will drop all the pelts you need in QH.

As long as your faction with Human SK's and Necros is good enough, im sure you can, Or else when you go into the catacombs to start the quest the spectres there will kill you.

Can't find one, can't find a Giant King Snake. Been looking for a couple weeks now, and there is nothing.

It's best to get a Tracker (Ranger or Lvl 20 Druid) to help you. I've raised 7 different characters in the Qeynos area, and I really enjoy hunting the Q Hills, mostly because they're not over crowded. But, usually one Giant King Snake spawns in the western hills of the zone. Without a tracker, I recommend that you start from the South, run North across the hill tops in the western part of this zone. Stop every now and then, and look left and look right, then continue North on the hill tops. Note: You'll probably see 2 or 3 Large King Snakes for every Giant one, but you need Large King Snake Skins for some of the armor pieces, too. Once you get to the lake in the Northwest corner of the zone, turn around, and go South across the hill tops. I now have a Ranger in the Qeynos area, and I can assure you, that I almost always see one (and only one) Giant King Snake on my tracking when I'm running North or South on the path to Surefall Glade. Less frequently, it is in hills to the East. Hope that this helps.
They're there. I did some of the armor quests with my alt in Qeynos Hills and needed the skin too. Only seen 2 in about 6 hours of hunting. Then again, I can't track, but they're around.
