We Clerics of Tunare offer spiritual guidance to the citizens of Felwithe and when needed aid the Paladins of Tunare and the Keepers of the Art in the defense of our people and forest from those [creatures] that seek to cause us harm. Every young cleric should pursue acquiring a [suit of armor] to protect themselves when aiding those in need outside of the safety of Felwithes walls.' You say, 'I want a suit of armor' Terren Starwatcher says 'You will need this Mail Assembly Kit to craft your Sylvan Initiate Armor. The materials required for the armor vary according to which piece you desire to craft. Once you have been suitably outfitted return to me and I will offer [further guidance]. Do you desire to craft [Sylvan Initiate Gauntlets], [Sylvan Initiate Boots], an [Sylvan Initiate Bracer], an [Sylvan Initiate Helm], [Sylvan Initiate Greaves], [Sylvan Initiate Vambraces], or an [Sylvan Initiate Breastplate]?' You say, 'I want to craft sylvan initiate vambraces' Terren Starwatcher says 'To assemble sylvan initiate vambraces you will need to obtain two bricks of crude bronze and smelt them in a forge with a Water Flask and this Crude Vambrace Mold. i got a crude iron greaves for Pal HFL, lol, but i am a cleric.

I think High Elf Clerics got screwed on the newbie armor quests all of our items we need come from Rare spawn and then its a rare drop. YAH! Verant you *#(&$# up again!!!!!

I have been camping these damn things for almost a month now. I dual box a ranger and cleric and need only 3 more furs to complete. It seems impossible though. I beleive that the Wasp Warriors and Mature Arboreans are the mobs that need to be killed for the giant bats to pop but this has not held true for every case. Good luck on this. I have done the Ranger, Rogue and Bard quests in Gfay and the Cleric in Neriak newbie armor quests and they only took 2 days each to complete full sets. It is insane the amount of time required to finish the cleric high elf quest even if the armor is the best newbie armor.

Keep an eye out for these. Might be an idea to either print out or write the list down so you can make a note of what you need.

I found that people in Crush Bone are happy to get rid of the Bricks of Crude Bronze. I am hunting for my armour at level 20 (just to say I have it), so I bound myself at a bank, so when I got all the bricks, I just Gated, as I could not move. I weighed 304. Nice.
I traded the BoCB for a few heals and made a friend in the process.
I've put this post on all items, so everyone can see.

I am on Kane Bayle, I was wondering if the other servers were having bottleneck issues over the Giant Sylvan Bat furs and the days spent trying to obtain them.

Hello again, I cam across this problem when trying to get the mold for the vambracers.
But you need to ask for Armguards
(I want to craft the Sylvan Initiate Armguards)
and you will get the mold for it.

Actually, you have to say, "What Sylvan Initiate Vambraces?" I think you may have put 'Vambracers', like in your post.

I didnt have any trouble, they are just a rare drop, and being a cleric does not have track hard to find the giant sylvan bat's. They seem to mostly be around Crushbone entrance though to the left and right of it, have even seen one passing through the orc camps there.
