This is technically a crafting recipe, but it works much like a quest, so here it is. This is only for Wood Elves.

You will need:

150+ Brewing
150+ Pottery
150+ Blacksmithing
195 Fletching

Combined with the following:
[using the cultural fletching kit -- NOT Trivial @ 195 Fletching]
-Reinforced Sylvan Branch
-2x Standard Bow Cams
-Mithril Knife (reusable)
-Mithril String

Reinforced Sylvan Branch was made from the following:
[using the cultural fletching kit -- was Trivial @ 195]
-Mithril Alloy Rod
-Mithril Knife (reusable)
-Branch of Sylvan Oak

Mithril Alloy Rod was forged from the following:
[using the cultural forge -- Trivial Unknown]
-Celestial Temper
-Enchanted Large Mithril Brick
-Large Brick of Acrylia
-Smithy Hammer

Celestial Temper was made from the following:
[using the brewery -- Trivial @ 165]
- Blue Diamond Powder
- Purified Water

Blue Diamond Powder was made from the following:
[using the pottery wheel -- Trivial @ 112]
- Blue Diamond
- Jar of Acid (found in the Bazaar)

Purified Water was made from the following:
[using the brewery -- Trivial @ 165]
- Celestial Essence
- 2x Flasks of Water

Celestial Essence was made from the following:
[made inside a mortar and pestle]
- Celestial Solvent (found in the Bazaar)
- A Rune / Word / Page for higher level research (I used Words of the
Ethereal)

... is no longer makeable with M&P, you have to use a mixing bowl (normal or collapsible one) now.
As research reagent you can use "Scent of Marr" (buyable in PoK at one of the poisonmaking vendors).

i hate tunare, when do karana worshipping elvs ever gonna get some nice gear/armor that is deity dependent or whatever. HLE druid, and i went out and did almsot all the work for innate symbol of tunare (not realizing it had deity restriction), well bummer, cant use this nice neckpiece, my HLE ranger friend needs a new bow so i started lookiing at this, stupid tunare, die

if i knew about cultural recipes when i first started i wouldve made a woodelf. kinda nice reward but being a half elf sure puts a damper on things. at least the good thing is i follow tunare.
oh well looks like im starting a woodelf, this is the sort of things that actually make the game interesting too me.
happy hunting.

I wish I knew about culturals when I started using my kittie to do smithing and tailoring. Guess I should have read more before starting. Cuz it would make way too much sence for SoE to actualy create some VS cultural items.

The bow isn't racially restricted, as long as you worship Tunare you can use it.

Quote from EQTraders.

Half elves do not have ANY racial tradeskills planned at last check. Apparently, while they can wear much of what the various cultural smiths/tailors can make, half elves do not have a recognizeable culture of their own. (Do NOT flame me about this, please. I'm just reporting what we've heard from VI)

Yes I would agree as a half-elf ranger. Now for the other shoe to drop. A half anything belongs to both parents race. Half-Elves should be allowed to do both the human and wood-elven cultural crafting. That would make sence.

It is NOT a Quest, it is *just* a long complex Recipe involving 4 different tradeskills...

NO quest giver needed and NO Exp bonus at the end.

But it surely looks interesting...

I was wondering. Ok its tunare only, Im supposing because all the items were made in Cultural Forges and what not. Now what if someone with the skills made all the items in a differant fletching/forge? Would u get same item yet differandt deity?

No. This is not a quest, it is wood elf cultural fletching. The only way to make this is 1)be a wood elf, and 2) have very high trade skills.

Perhaps because it's a BLESSED bow? It's my impression that most wood elves worship tunare, seems natural to me that their blessed things would therefor involve her in some manner...
