I ran right over there and did the bracer quest. I then found out it is for Human SK only. What a bummer for a little gnome sk..

umm there is gnome sk quests too.. in akanon

forgot to name it.. look for plague knight.. that is the name of the Gnome SK armor

this is a good quest the reward is not bad its a cool looking 4 ac 1 str 3 hp bracer not great not awful.
