yeah ive killed about 100 scarabs the only things recieved were (scarab eyes) and carapaces

should I be lvl 5 or higher to let Quan Nektogo telling me the components needed ?
I am lvl 3 now, and get the assembly box but Quan doesn't not respond to me anymore ...

I'm glade some people are haveing better luck then I am. I still have not been able to find the Large scarab eyes, have killed lots of large only to get just scarab eyes no large. Has anyone else found there eyes in EC?

I've seen ONE Lg Scarab Eye in about 6 hours of killing... seems like all the drops for these quests are rare. I have only that, one Lg Sternite, and the Giant Carapace. =\

If you stick to the path after coming from FP, leaf scarabs tend to pop near the first inn. Large leaf scarab tend to pop near the next inn. Of course that mean the guard at the inns will rather quickly kill them, making them rare.
The drops (tarsus and so) are uncommon, lore and no drop. If you see one and are not a human SK of Inoruuk, give an /ooc :-).

After an agonizing hunt for a Large Leaf Scarab, I obtained the helm. Stats are; ac +5, dex +1, int +1, hp +3, wt 0.8

Please don't take this the wrong way Wannafun... sheesh how original of a name. Where do you start the game? You remind me of all those newbies in Gfay who are always shouting "Who do I give the Crushbone Blets too?" If you are going to do the quest at least research it out before you have a gazillion pieces for the quest. Its very obvious where you start the game. IN FREEPORT! Come on guy 'Get in the game'. Please understand I love to help people and many times have gone out of my way to do so. But you have at least got to put out some effort I'm not gonna do the quest for you. So pull your head out of your 3 point contact and GET BACK IN THE GAME!
As far as I can see if he is asking the questions here then he is on the right track and looking for some answers to ingame problems. The most agrivating thing is someone not using resources and just asking someone in game to hold their hand through the whole task. Come on man, dont take pot shots and complain, not everyone is an adult that plays the game, heck you prolly slamed some 11 year old wanting to make good :(
