With the new and not so improved Freeport this Armor quest is now not able to be done as Ms Truebaled is no where to found and the only warrior armor quets to get is the Evil one in East Freeport where the warriors now start.
so as always SOE stuck it to us again.

This is a newbie armor quest that begins with Arinna Trueblade in West Freeport. She's located at 570, -600, -86 (not far from the bank and findable using CTRL+F).
You say, 'Hail, Arinna Trueblade' Arinna Trueblade says 'Well met _____. I am Arianna Trueblade, Warlord of the Steel Warriors. I am personally in charge of all the training that our young warriors receive. I take pride in knowing that my teaching can help make the foundation of a Freeport Champion. If you are a [warrior] then we might just have something to talk about.' You say, 'I am a warrior' Arinna Trueblade says 'So you think you have what it takes to become one of Freeport's finest? I will warn you now that we expect every single warrior that is brought into our ranks to go through a series of [exercises]. Rest assured you will be rewarded for your hard work with a set of armor that I will walk you though the process of making. Are you [ready to begin your testing]?' You say, 'I am ready to begin my testing' Arinna Trueblade says 'Very well _____, Here is your Steel Warriors Mail Kit. This kit will be your main tool in creating your own armor. You will gather various items from all areas of Freeport from monsters and stores alike. You will use specific item combinations in this kit to fashion together armor materials that you will combine in a forge with the appropriate mold to make an armor piece. Once you are ready to attempt a piece of armor simply tell me what piece you [want] to craft. I will then present you with the recipe and mold for Steel Warrior [Helms], [Bracers], [Armguards], [Boots], [Greaves], [Gauntlets] and [Breastplates].' You receive a Steel Warriors Mail Kit and a Mold. You say, 'I want to craft the boots' Arinna Trueblade says 'Boots are very necessary for any warrior especially when you will usually be the one leading most combat units. Being on the front line and treading across terrains first make good boots a must. To create your boots material you will need to combine 3 Bricks of Crude Iron Ore, 1 Shadow Wolf Tibia and 2 Spiderling Eyes in your assembly kit. Once you have created the proper material take it to a forge along with this mold to fashion your very own Steel Warriors Boots.' In the kit, combine the above-mentioned items to create a Material. What's up with the shadow wolves. Everytime I try to attack one I get killed by a woodland lion. It doesn't walk up to the battle it just drops from the sky and proceeds to kick my but. Any one got an idea. I am a fifth leve warrior on Fennin Ro.

This quest for the boots is awful. The one thing I hate about EQ is they send you out on a quest and it is extremly unobtainable. They don't make it challenging, it is very dicourageing instead! If you are going to make a quest game at least give us something to work with. I have been looking for the shadow wolf tibia for 3 days! I have only found 6 shadow wolves the entire time. Plenty of black wolves....I wouldn't be so frustrated if I could at least find the shadow wolves...and I have been in the right spot....argh!

seems a little scepetical that someone would pay 4K for a tibia, I fould 4 in the last 3 days. Also, if u travel to West Comms, at the spires/port where people port in, there is a female NPC, she sells tibia. Found it when I was ported in to WC from Felwithe.
That is probably the 'sell back' stuff that merchants have in their shops when PCs sell stuff to them.

Hold on, i thought all this stuff was no drop, i have a 4 human warrior and he got the helm and was no drop,does anyone know what this might be because of, cause it would be nice to be able to transfer this type of stuff.

I've killed many shadow wolves, and haven't gotten this yet. But.... it is a no drop item and plety o people are running around asking what it's good for. A bard needed it for a brest plate quest of their's and, someone got paid 4kpp for the right to loot a shadow wolf corpse that had it. nice way to make money.

spiderling eyes drop of spiderlings sometimes and can also be bought off of the merchants that sell most newbie items.. hop this helps
