You say, 'Hail, Gliblixl Rocktok' Gliblixl Rocktok says 'Hail _____! I sell the finest quality ore imported from the mines of Norrath! It's difficult to keep enough ore available with the demands of the local smiths however and could use some [assistance] in restocking my supplies.' You say, 'I will give assistance' Gliblixl Rocktok says 'Hooray! Fill this crate with either four Small Bricks of Unrefined Ore or four Large Bricks of Unrefined Ore from Norrath and I will pay you for your assistance in keeping me in business.' You receive an Empty Ore Crate. In the crate, combine four Small Bricks of Unrefined Ore (dropped by gnolls and goblins in various zones across all levels) to create a Small Shipment of High Quality Ore. Turn this in to Gliblixl Rocktok. Gliblixl Rocktok says 'Thank you! I will prepare the ore for sale and be open for business again momentarily. Here is your payment for your services.' Your faction standing with Traders of the Haven has been adjusted by 4. Your faction standing with House of Fordel has been adjusted by 1. Hummans have some of the best smithed armor in the game that can be made easily. HQ ore is a pain to get , mostly because of the weight. Before i had to get my troll warrior to kill all the green gobos for 3 hours or pay people 5pp a brick in HHK for 5 hours to get enough ore.

Doesn't this quest reset the supply of the vendors ore? (so you can buy more from him)
You can get unrefined ore from Sol A. Possibly some large bricks too.

The unrefined ore is found in the same places as the high quality ore. I have found HQ ore in Permafrost, Runney Eye, Sol A and B, and in Beholders, as well as the basement of High Keep.
Turning in the ore restocks the vendor with HQ ore. I think this would be an awesome quest if there were substantial use for HQ ore in smithing.

For Humans, there is a huge amount of use for HQ ore in Smithing.
For everyone else, there's Ornate Chain. (Expensive to make, doesn't sell well.)
